I was informed that my safe was received damaged by the installer safe and valet store recommended. They just received it today damaged and it was ordered 18 days ago so no I still haven’t received it and no I can’t say this has been a positive experience so far and I am now seeking remedies. I can’t say I would recommend safe and valet store.

I was replacing the previous model of this lock on my gun safe. I wish I had done it sooner. This new lock fit in like a glove, and all the information I received from the seller made it super easy to put the whole thing together.

When I received the safe, the door was off the frame, it took my wife and I about an hour or so to get it back on, I contacted the company they did refund me $50. The biometrics worked fine for me, but not for my wife’s fingerprint, I’m not happy about that. I bought the three gun safe which I only really wanted to put one gun in there and I could barely do it the door opens just enough to put your hand in and pull one gun out. Not a total loss but not what I had hoped for.

Looks like a nice quality build, but the rings around the bolts are broken. They don’t come up to the standards

I like the safe and it's functions. However, this safe is spaced for a 18" stud center or a 16" gap between studs which is consistent with exterior walls. However, typical safe locations because of moisture barriers and big temperature swings are on an interior wall which has 24" stud centers. When using an interior wall, installation requires the use of addition studding to deal with that gap.

I never received the dehumidifier you emailed me and told me it was back ordered. . . . .

Nice safe except: 1) all the nuts on the door lock pins were only finger tight and one was loose laying in the bottom of the door. 2) both screws and holes in the door for the dial ring were stripped out and needed to be drilled oversized and re-tapped. Other than these two issues, it was packaged and shipped well. Thanks
