Nice safe except: 1) all the nuts on the door lock pins were only finger tight and one was loose laying in the bottom of the door. 2) both screws and holes in the door for the dial ring were stripped out and needed to be drilled oversized and re-tapped. Other than these two issues, it was packaged and shipped well. Thanks

The magazine holder is way too small to insert a magazine. Very disappointing.

Cable connector too narrow to fit hence whole cable has be inserted! Needs wider spacer in connector plug.

Door does not lock.

It is always a gamble working with an intermediary who doesn't hold their own stock when shopping online, but I have had a great experience purchasing from here. While it has only been the one order, I am currently deliberating another purchase and my past experience is leading me to continue to browse on this site. I'd like to highlight the customer service rep I spoke to after delivery who assured me on my manufacturer specifications questions.

The drop box opening is much smaller than anticipated. It will not drop the standard bank deposit bag. The bag will go in but it will not drop.
