Safe manufactures website says made in Florida. Packaging says made in Korea. Safe and vault store says it probably means the packaging was made in Korea. Extra packaging for $40 consisted of a couple thin layers of foam and a slightly larger extra box. Waste of money.

Delivery was very fast. I chose this one over others because of the weight of the safe. If you don’t bolt it down very difficult to walk off with it. Apple room for many items.

Delivery options are lacking. It’s an extremely heavy item and customers should not be on their own to place it in their houses.

Besides the safe being damaged when we opened the box I did call and emailed the company asking them whether the safes fireproof reading would be compromised due to the hole at the bottom of the safe, if we don’t bolt it down. They did respond quickly by email and by telephone.

The quality of the product and the customer support were excellent. The shipping of the mirror was a little slow, however it was ordered around the holidays which is understandable. I highly recommend all around.

Nice safe for quick access. Came exactly as described. Opened wall and installed safe in less than an hour. Very simple set up to program master and user codes. Safe&vault sent accurate timely updates on my order. Delivery was faster than expected. 10/10 on the safe 10/10 on the seller…. No pictures because that would defeat the purpose of my hidden wall safe.
