Recently purchased an under bed gun safe. The locking handle was broken in shipment, S&V had an entire new lock system shipped from the safe manufacturer.

As noted in my review, the customer service with the store is wonderful. I was so impressed that they offered to exchange it and ship to me at their expense provided I returned the original one at my expense. they were quick and so attentive.

Good safe selection. For my first safe purchase, I would probably go with a different company. Not very customer friendly. Everything is automated like every business these days. Automated emails with zero details or helpful information. You are just a number and a source of revenue. Nothing more. Nothing less. For a major purchase like this I would recommend a company with a more personal business model.

I had it delivered to my garage, and the installed by pros. Shipped on a sturdy pallet. . Box is open at bottom, no cutting required to remove the box. Easy to work with Safe and Vault. They had good recommendations for local installers.

Solid construction and smooth performance. Manufactured in Corpus Christi, USA. Excellent customer service responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to reach. The FedEx shipment arrived in great condition, even with the heavy weight.

Had dehumidifier's before, they do a excellent job, Dehumidifier last any where from 5 years to about 7 years. Great product keeps rust away from firearms.
