Customer service is outstanding! Shipment was delayed by USPS. Seller got on top of USPS, reimbursed me for difference priority/ground delivery, which indeed helped speed up getting the safes within 2 days. I have to yet unwrap the safes. Can give review on that later

This is our second purchase from safe and Vault and are very satisfied with the service. We did run into a bit of a problem with opening the safe. No matter what we did or tried it would not open. We spoke with Danielle at Safe and Vault and she jumped right on it and took care of it. They came and picked up the safe and within two days a new safe arrived. Communication was top notch. Sometimes problems do arise and when the company takes care of it so promptly it was very impressive. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with our recent purchase of your concealment mirror. Your product is of excellent quality, very well made and it was also easy to install once we finally received the locking mechanism which had been left out. We immediately contacted your company regarding the missing locking mechanism and we were told that someone would be in touch with us about how to proceed within a few days. No one ever contacted us which meant we had to contact your company again only to be told that someone would contact us right away. Long story short, we made numerous contacts and were told someone will be in touch. Never happened. We made ALL the contacts before finally receiving the omitted part. Thankfully, you offer a unique, high quality and easy to install product which looks great because customer service is not your strong point. We will recommend your product to family and friends but with the recommendation will come warnings about your poor customer service.
