I'm very happy with my order from Saalt! I ordered the teen cup which is a very pretty pink colour and the steamer which makes cleaning the cup super easy - and it's way faster than boiling. When I first received the steamer I did have some issues with it, but the Saalt team quickly sent another one and the shipping was faster than expected! Overall the customer support is great and the products are high quality.

I have used several Saalt products since I first discovered the company around 2017. As someone with a very heavy flow, these made menstruating and working/going to school more manageable. I had to track how much blood I was using and the Saalt cups allowed me to do that. Saalt customer service was phenomenal - I reached out to them asking if they could help me with measurements and they sent back how I could determine how many mLs of blood loss I had every time I dumped my cup. I tracked each month with the chart they sent for years (which ultimately helped me and my physician as I needed these numbers for them). I’ve used both cups and the discs. While cups have been my tried and true go to, the discs were nice too. I like the notch to easily grab for removal, or to turn them back into position. Post partum I am no longer able to use the cups/discs as my body is rejecting all of them (likely a pelvic floor problem) and not a saalt issue though. I did notice that the smaller Saalt disc stayed in place best out of the 4 cups/discs. I do wonder if an even smaller disc was made if it would’ve stayed in. Although, maybe that’s not an option because it wouldn’t hold enough volume. Even so, love Saalt products. The company has been great. Shipping has always been fast. The packaging is sustainable and still feels like it has substance to it. I love the included bags to store the cups/discs in when not in use (although when I bought the disc duo, I received 2 of the same bags rather than different colors. I like unique ones so that I can easily reach for the product I need on that particular cycle day, rather than having to open and check what mystery cup/disc is in each bag). And I love how they have innovated and introduced an even greater selection of products since I discovered them in 2017. I wanted to write a review on 2 things. The discs and the service I was provided I have been using the Saalt Disc for a day and so far I like it. Im still learning how to put the disc in since my cervix is pretty high but i did find an applicator to help me. Now i did also got a steamer both products from Amazon. The steamer stopped working after the first cycle. I reached and immediately got a response about getting a replacement. I didnt have to go back through Amazon which honestly I was dreading. I could cry happy tears just from how helpful they were in getting me a replacement.

Altogether, the Saalt Cup was very comfortable to wear and easy to insert—I had no complications with insertion at all. However, removal became difficult when I couldn’t locate the cup and struggled to get it out. That said, Saalt’s customer service was absolutely incredible. They sent me helpful videos, detailed resources, and even connected me with a real person for live support. Through that process, I discovered that I have a very high cervix, which was the only reason the cup didn’t work for me. Because I was determined not to go back to tampons or pads, they went above and beyond by recommending alternative cups and even menstrual discs that might be a better fit. I ended up ordering a disc instead. I want to emphasize that the cup itself worked flawlessly—no leaking, extremely comfortable, and I couldn’t feel it at all. It just wasn’t the right fit for my anatomy. Without me even asking, they offered a full refund, which I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend the Saalt Cup for anyone with a normal to lower cervix. Their team is phenomenal and guided me through every step of the way.

Great products - I absolutely love the Saalt Disc and am never going back. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and honestly I forget I’m on my period when using it. Very good customer service, responds quickly to concerns and fixes the issue without a hassle.

I highly recommend saalt products! I started using them a few months ago and now I have completely stopped using all tampons/pads and only use cups and period underwear! The underwear is like wearing a cloud so so soft and truly holds so much!!! The company did really well about getting back to me when I had a question on my shipping. This small company is one I would highly recommend and I just started using the period cup steamer and it works perfectly!

I love what Saalt stands for - promoting education and sustainability! Though it takes some getting used to, I love their products! It has given me more freedom during my cycle, not having to run to the restroom every 2 hours. . . I will never go back!

Inaccurate sizing and hassle returns (not a great guarantee and difficult to understand process correctly) also recommendation of trying only 1 pair when my cycle is 8 days and shipping costs are incurred, isn't very helpful.

I received my package timely. I was missing the cord for my steamer but they sent one out quickly when I made them aware of the issue. The customer service was wonderful and very respectful. The website was easy to use as well.

I was really excited to receive my saalt order, only to find that the first pair I tried on leaked! I have a light flow, and I bought one of the "super" pairs to use for sleeping just in case. When I woke up, the whole side was bloody. When I tried to return the two unopened pairs, and clean and return (per their policy, not a refund) the used pair, I had to jump through tons of hoops and still haven't received my full refund. If you go forward with this despite my review, you should opt in for the lower-cost shipping "insurance" fee, because I've now paid $18 in shipping costs alone. Really bummed! Try a different brand!

These products are amazing and the resources they have for troubleshooting and product education are great. This was my first experience using a cup where I felt 100% confidant I wouldn’t leak. I haves used them in the past without much success. The period undies are magic! So easy to use and comfortable - I forgot I was on my period. One of my items had an issue and they replaced it immediately. It was super easy to contact them and they were so nice. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.

I love Saalt product the seamless line and soft cups are my go-to’s. A recent order was missing an item, and when I reached out to Customer Service their response and resolution was expedient. Thanks Saalt team!

Customer service was quick and helpful. I ordered the wrong size and it was changed before my order was processed. I ordered the seamless light leak thong. The product was comfortable, colors looked exactly the same on the website. I’m so happy with my order and will be recommending the company to others.

I ended up getting the small soft cup. After trying their standard firm cup and having issues with it, their customer service was very good and helped me pick out the cup I use now which works really well for me and is far more comfortable than the first cup I tried. I'm really glad they sent me a new cup to try so I didn't have to buy another one. The only thing I think could be improved is the stem of the cup. It is very thin, and a bit slippery and difficult to grip.

Saalt staff is the best. They will help you with any question you have and they reply really fast. 💖 There’s no where else I would buy my period stuff unless it were this company because it looks like they all have good quality period care, and the staff are professional and know what they are doing. This company made me want to try out period cups unlike any other company out there. 💕
