The products work and have great absorption as long as you purchase the correct absorption type. We have had great success & are working on building up her Saalt collection! Amazing products that have been life saving and a huge relief so there’s no more stressing! I have saved $thousands$ in less than a year of use (thanks awful flow!). Extremely frustrating. I ordered the disc bundle but got sent the cup bundle. When trying to exchange, the website wouldn't allow me to exchange a bundle for a bundle. My only option would be to return items and have to pay more to replace the cups with discs. Whenever I wrote to customer service, they took days to respond with obvious instructions like, "clear your cache and let us know how it goes" and refused to respond when I wrote back stating that their instructions didn't work. I'm going to return the whole order and go with another company that, hopefully, deals better with orders and customer service.

The pants are not high rise but are 2 inches below my naval . There is a leg openings have no elastic and are totally loose despite being the proper size. Way too expensive and not as advertised

They seem like a very reputable and good company. My only problem is I tried to return something for what I actually wanted, and when I did that they sent me the same product, but the size I asked for when I had asked for the disc and instead of.

I have loved every product I've bought from Saalt, and dealing with their customer service made me love them that much more. I ordered several things, and upon delivery, some items hadn't been included. No biggie, I understand it happens, but I still wanted what I ordered. When I reached out get a solution they were quick to respond (!) and sent the omitted items right away. (and included some extra goodies) thank you Saalt!

Have been using the period undies for 8 months. So comfortable, great selection. Thin pad area, but very affective. Never had an issue with leaking. Highly recommend. Amazing customer service as well.

The disc leaked 9 out of 10 times that I inserted it, and there's really no way to tell if you've inserted it "correctly" or incorrectly aside from noting that it does not hurt and it's notched behind the pubic bone. So what ends up happening is you leave the restroom thinking it's secure, but end up feeling moisture within a few minutes and you have to go back to the bathroom and remove and reinsert it again. I wouldn't trust this without a heavy panty liner, or even pad. The instructions of feeling around the rim make absolutely no sense to me, and only results in disgusting looking nails that are hard to clean. I only ever tried this thing when I wasn't leaving the house - I couldn't imagine being in public having to run back and forth to a restroom and having bodily fluids caked under my nails while trying to pull up my clothes and leave out of the stall to wash my hands. I tried to return it and get my money back after using it for 3 cycles with no success, but the company takes you through far too many hoops, and made me even more irritated. This was a $40 piece of junk for me, and I'm back to tampons.

Okay so I got the cup and it didn’t work for me. I asked to switch it out for the small disk and costumer service was amazing!!! I’m so surprised that they were willing to only make me pay for shipping costs in the exchange. You guys are awesome. I appreciate how kind you guys are and understanding that everyone’s body is different

Misleading product descriptions, and return policy. Customer service wasn't any better. Will never purchase from Saalt again!
