This is my first time purchasing from Saalt and in my original order, I purchased the wrong size. I initiated an exchange and missed the invoice to pay for shipping to receive the correct size. Abby from customer service responded within 24 hours to my message and helped me figure out what happened! Used a teen one and it fit fantastic, but only worked for the last few days of a period. First 3 days, I leaked like crazy, gathering information, and then I finally succumbed to to wearing a pad in addition to the underwear. Not replacing pads for me at the moment, which ruins the whole reason I bought them, but I'm finally in talks with customer service, so we'll see if their teen underwear is just crappy and useless, but other ones are good. (You'd think they'd want teens to be returning customers. Or to reduce embarrassing moments for them. )

I own multiple pairs of Saalt underwear and I truly love them. So this review is about the exchange process I recently experienced. I opted out paying for exchange shipping because I thought I knew my Saalt size based on multiple Saalt underwear I own. But when I got my new underwear, I realized I needed to size up. So I initiated exchange and paid for $7 to return. And I thought it would cover both ways (return AND exchange shipping). I was wrong. Soon I got an email about exchange shipping fee. I was very surprised so I asked Saalt team if they informed customers about the exchange shipping DURING the exchange process, and the response I got was a link to a page about 90-day bliss guarantee. I saw at the bottom, there is a reference about exchange shipping. But that is not what I asked. I asked if the exchange shipping fee was mentioned DURING the exchange process. And it was not. I bought five pairs and I had to click a reason for exchange for each pair. And nowhere did I see anything about exchange shipping fee. So I strongly encourage you to make the exchange shipping fee (in addition to return shipping gee) clear and explicit DURING the exchange process. And I appreciate that Saalt has waived the exchange shipping fee for this order.

I love the products and do recommend them but I was disappointed that they did not honor the 90 return or exchange as they stated on the website. I ordered 3 pairs and tried them on with thin underwear underneath and one did not fit me well. Because it was open I have only been offered the option to exchange or receive store credit. My email has gone unanswered since I stated I want to return it.

I like Saalt’s products (and their packaging is aesthetically pleasing!), and contacting them to exchange a product was one of the nicest and most prompt customer service experiences I’ve had!

This is my third brand of period underwear and is my favorite yet! It’s so soft and breathable and very comfortable. Fit is tts. I’m a solid small and small fit perfectly. Customer service was incredible. Apparently there was some surprise refund promotion happening and my order was randomly selected! I reached out because I thought it was some sort of mistake and they were so kind and quick to respond.

After receiving the wrong item, they offered to send me the correct item while letting me know i could keep the previous one, very helpful and sweet, thank you!

The salt bliss guarantee is deceiving. I wish I would have known that simply by opening your products to try on I was voiding my ability to return. Which wasn't my plan I've used period garments for years and loved them. The moment I put these one the material rolled, squeezed, and had bulging seems none of which would be flattering in normal clothes let alone workout clothes. I made a large purchase and was hoping for some help as using your “self service portal” timed out on me.

A few months ago, my dog chewed up all my Saalt undies. . . (YES, actually! I was so pissed!) Anyway, having to manage a few cycles of my period WITHOUT Saalt made me realize just how much better they make my cycle and my life. Definitely the best period panties I've tried. They're comfy, sleek (don't make me feel all frumpy). I use the seamless during the day with a period cup and the comfort line overnight on their own. Really has helped a monthly discomfort be so much more pleasant. Grateful <3

Saalt makes the best underwear I have ever worn! I have tried out almost every style and material they offer, and they are soft, smooth, comfy, and fit so well! I never have to wear a pad during my period anymore, but the underwear are just so comfortable that I wear them every day as my regular underwear anyway. I was hesitant at first to buy more expensive underwear than I’m used to, but I’ve found they are worth it. I have been using a Saalt cup for about 7 years. I use the period boy shorts and thong as added protection or when I just don’t feel like using the cup. The products are well made and comfortable, get them you won’t be disappointed.
