I ordered the duo cup, but it didn't work out for me as I needed something with a longer stem. Overall, the return process was simple. I followed the instructions on the website and was given store credit because I already used the cups. I ran into an issue when I was selecting my items and reached out to customer support. Abby quickly resolved my issue and even waived my shipping fee. I was sad the cups didn't work out for me, but Abby still made it a great experience! :)
I love Saalt brand products, and their customer service is unmatched. They have a large selection and speedy responses. These period panties are way thinner and very comfortable. I absolutely Love Saalt brand and tell anyone I know who is curious about these types of products.
Good products, terrible customer service. I have returned a product over a month ago, and I have yet to receive a refund. I have reached out several times via email and I have gotten zero response. Yikes.
I have had the thing period underwear for maybe 2 months and the seams have already ripped and they always leak through.
This is a revision to a previous 2-star review. The company reached out to resolve my issue after the cup I ordered wasn’t right for me. The customer service is on point, and I plan to try another one of their products because of it!
As a woman who has been abused and was raised to be disgusted with the female cycles I have been determined to help my girls have a love for their body and what it can do. I have wanted their menstrual cycles to be as enjoyable as possible and saalt has definitely helped that dream come true. My oldest started her cycles and having this underwear has helped her not have to worry about the stress of being ready. And the butter material has helped her feel comfortable in her own skin and feel beautiful even in the hardest part of her cycle. I Truly LOVE this company!

I used the quiz on Saalt’s website and purchased the cup that was recommended for me. Unfortunately, the cup was uncomfortable for my body. Even after trimming the stem, it would sometimes protrude when sitting, and I found the cup to be quite firm with strong suction, which caused discomfort. After doing more research, I realized that a disc might be a better option for me. I contacted customer service, and they were kind, responsive, and helpful. Overall, while the cup did not work well for me personally, I had a positive experience with their customer support.
I was happy with this company and the product support by email but now that I need to return/exchange the product I have received NO response to 3 emails sent. I am attempting to return the product due to it not working with my anatomy. I paid for the extra return insurance. I am in need of support while attempting to exchange the items and have sent 3 emails to sayhey@saalt.com. I have not yet received any reply and company states it will reply within 1-2 business days. There is a 90 day time limit to return the products so I advise if you need to return something, you begin the return/exchange process a few weeks before the 90 days are up incase you find that you have a question or need support. As stated in the company policy used items may be returned for a store credit not a refund. While going through the return process on the website you are able to exchange for items but it will only allow you to select 1 item and not let you select enough items to cover the amount you are due to receive as a credit. I am not sure why they will not let you select more items because this will force you to pay more shipping costs to get the additional items separately. Would be nice to have Customer Support respond back to tell me the best way to exchange items so it can all be done in 1 order. The company should prioritize returns/exchanges just as much as product support since there is a time limit on returns. Why is there support when you want to spend money but zero support when you want to get your money back? Very disappointing and deceiving. . .
I honestly have never experienced customer service like this before. Saalt truly values their customers. Even at midnight, they took the time to listen to my concerns and actively worked with me to find a solution. Their responses were incredibly fast, thoughtful, and reassuring. I felt genuinely heard and supported, not rushed or ignored. It’s rare to find a company that shows this level of care and dedication. Using the saalt disc was definitely different than any other product I've used for my period. Insertion is easy, however I knocked it down from 5 stars to 4 because pulling it out is messy. I don't think I would want to empty it in a multi stall public bathroom. But I'm sure practice makes perfect.

It felt supportive and less intimidating to try it as a first time user. Each menstrual cup came with its own adorable storage bag as well. It feels good supporting a company that's doing real good in the world. If you're on the fence like I was, Saalt is absolutely worth it.
I love the Saalt underwear. I’ve only used them twice. One pair had a stitch come loose after 2 wears, but they sent out a replacement this morning! They’re way more comfortable than I thought they’d be. I honestly did not trust them to last a whole day without leaking through, but they do. Just don’t throw them in the washing machine with everything else and make sure you follow the washing instructions!
Honestly disappointed after reading the fine print of my panties and finding out the gusset and lining is polyester. To me getting cotton and then finding out the part that touches my body all day is plastic is misleading
This is my first time purchasing from Saalt and in my original order, I purchased the wrong size. I initiated an exchange and missed the invoice to pay for shipping to receive the correct size. Abby from customer service responded within 24 hours to my message and helped me figure out what happened! Used a teen one and it fit fantastic, but only worked for the last few days of a period. First 3 days, I leaked like crazy, gathering information, and then I finally succumbed to to wearing a pad in addition to the underwear. Not replacing pads for me at the moment, which ruins the whole reason I bought them, but I'm finally in talks with customer service, so we'll see if their teen underwear is just crappy and useless, but other ones are good. (You'd think they'd want teens to be returning customers. Or to reduce embarrassing moments for them. )

I own multiple pairs of Saalt underwear and I truly love them. So this review is about the exchange process I recently experienced. I opted out paying for exchange shipping because I thought I knew my Saalt size based on multiple Saalt underwear I own. But when I got my new underwear, I realized I needed to size up. So I initiated exchange and paid for $7 to return. And I thought it would cover both ways (return AND exchange shipping). I was wrong. Soon I got an email about exchange shipping fee. I was very surprised so I asked Saalt team if they informed customers about the exchange shipping DURING the exchange process, and the response I got was a link to a page about 90-day bliss guarantee. I saw at the bottom, there is a reference about exchange shipping. But that is not what I asked. I asked if the exchange shipping fee was mentioned DURING the exchange process. And it was not. I bought five pairs and I had to click a reason for exchange for each pair. And nowhere did I see anything about exchange shipping fee. So I strongly encourage you to make the exchange shipping fee (in addition to return shipping gee) clear and explicit DURING the exchange process. And I appreciate that Saalt has waived the exchange shipping fee for this order.
The company helped me find the best product for my body and I couldn't be more thankful. Saalt is very kind, supportive and generous. Thank you for guiding me in my purchase and helping me through the issues.
