I am a repeat customer. I previously purchased multiple discs for myself from Saalt and they have been a lifesaver for me. They have really changed my quality of life. I really wish I had them decades ago. I decided to get my daughter the teen period box. Unfortunately my order arrived completely open and I promptly reached out to salt. (I totally understand they cannot guarantee what the mail carriers will do, but I was so disappointed. ) Saalt customer service sent me a replacement pair of panties (to replace the one that was open upon arrival) without hesitation due to me being concerned about my daughter using the opened panties. My daughter has also already learned how to use the cup in one cycle and couldn't be happier. My daughter has thanked me many times for investing in her menstrual cycle with this company. We will definitely be purchasing more products from Saalt in the future!
Not only does Saalt have an amazing product, but it also has all-star employees. If you ever wonder whether good people still exist, they do. My cat somehow managed to knock my wedding ring into a return box, and I unknowingly shipped it across the country. š¤¦š¼āāļø When the team found it, they reached out, carefully packaged it, and mailed it back to me. . . completely free of charge. They wouldn't even let me send them a reward. I already loved their products, but this level of honesty and kindness is something I'll never forget. They've earned a customer for life. I have been using Saalt products for years, and I have recommended them to anyone I know with a period many times. However, some ongoing issues with the website and customer service response have completely discouraged me from making future purchases or recommendations. When trying to buy multiple pairs of the same product, the sale price listed for the specific size, color, and absorbency I was looking at was shown clearly and multiple times on the product listing page, but the sale price did not carry over to the shopping cart when attempting to purchase the items. I tried reloading the website, using a different browser, clearing my cart and adding the same items again, but every time I encountered the same issue. I immediately submitted a support request through the website's Contact Us form, hoping to get the issue resolved before the sale ended, but never received a response. After several weeks of waiting for a response, I submitted another request through the Contact Us form as well as sending an email directly to the customer service email address, hoping I might still be able to complete my purchase with the sale price. I did receive a response to my email weeks later, but it completely dismissed my concerns and offered no actual solution. Despite trying multiple times to fix the problem, seeking assistance immediately after encountering the issue, and having multiple screenshots clearly showing the price discrepancy for the specific product, size, and color I was attempting to buy, no resolution was provided. The response entirely dismissed my concerns, stating that the item was back to full price by that time and recommended "keeping an eye out for our sale collection. " This was incredibly frustrating, as I decided to make my purchase at that time specifically because I had been watching the sale prices. I was unable to complete my order because of issues with their website, and the lack of support from customer service meant the sale was over by ...

Some things are fine for AI to deal with, and often expediate matters. It was nice to have a person step in, and assist in a matter that AI could not. To start, let me just say that the customer service is WONDERFUL, and my review is strictly on the product. For context, I'd purchased a pair of the briefs a few years ago at Target, so I'm perhaps unfairly comparing the current product to the first pair I bought (and LOVE). Leakproof cotton brief, super absorbency level, review: ultimately, I think this version of the product was a downgrade from the earlier version I purchased a few years ago. Construction: the front gusset is shorter and no longer curved, and the fabric isn't as soft either. It also seems much thinner all around. I'm honestly really curious why the gusset design was changed because it was *perfect* before. Performance: While I know everyone has a different experience, for me, I experienced major leaks in about 5 hours from all directions (for Super level). Washed before wearing in detergent only and air dried. With what I experienced, I think this would be a good combined with reusable fabric pads, but I'd never dare go outside my house with these. Sleep Shorts All of the above, but Performance was slightly better. Just experienced leak through on the gusset seam, which was still disappointing for what was supposed to be able to be slept in with no worries, but I get it. Final thoughts: if Saalt starts making the briefs again like they were made a few years ago, it's pretty much a perfect product that I have 0 complaints about! The way they are now though, it's definitely a combo product for me.
I am SO impressed - with the fit, customer service, pricing, whole experience getting my first Saalt period panties! I've been using alternative period ware since my late 20's (a long time ago!) and these are hands down the most comfortable, well-made period panties yet. Even though I'm now perimenopausal and someday soon will not get my period at all, I still bought myself an entire set - for the days when I do bleed and because the support gives me extra comfort for those minor incontinence days. Thank you, Saalt! I'll be recommending these to all my women.
I put in an order almost 2 months ago and still have not received my order. I was sent the wrong sizes, had to return them, and it sat in processing for a month! Still have not received my original order.
I had ordered a cup from Saalt in the past and was satisfied with the quality, but recently decided to switch to discs. When I ordered the first time, the package got lost. When I emailed the team at Saalt they immediately refunded me and re-sent my order free of charge. I received the new order and as always very happy with the quality of their products. 10/10 service, more companies should be like this!
I am very disappointed in lack of communication. I have reach out multiple times and STILL waiting for a āreal personā to respond.
Waiting a month for my item to ship and it still hadn't so I cancelled my order through Saalt and ordered through Amazon instead.
Order placed two weeks ago, hasn't shipped yet. Customer service keeps telling me they are working on it. Unacceptable, no problem taking my money, but can't get produce my package. A $10 gift card for a future purchase is their remedy. I will never shop here again. I can't even get the first thing I ordered, why would I trust you a 2nd time?
I likely wonāt be repurchasing from this brand due to poor customer service. I ordered on 5/19, as of 5/30 my order still hadnāt shipped so I sent an email that day. It finally shipped on 6/1 and no one responded to my email until 6/11 after I finally received my order. Iāll make future purchases with another brand with better customer service
It was helpful for the company to respond to my call regarding why I needed to actually use email for questions. I had a question regarding returning some items but have found the return form a little confusing.
Saalt cares about their customers! I accidentally ordered more than I meant to and they were quick to respond to me and refund me! Excited to try my steamer!

Just wanted to say how amazing the customer service team were. I had an issue with a shipment not being delivered, and Abby got back to me really quickly and helped sort the issue out without any stress or fuss.
There is nothing wrong with your product but I have no reason to use these because my bladder problem has been medically treated so I donāt need these type of panties any longer. I have only heard great things about your product for people that have used them.
I duplicated my order and submitted Request to return. Iām still waiting to hear on how to proceed with my return
Not having success with cup or disc. I tried using the disc and it couldnāt get the disc to stay tucked behind my pubic bone. Moved to the cup and experienced a lot of slipping despite many attempts and trials and was causing rubbing on my labia with extreme discomfort. I cut the stem shorter too with no relief
