So far I can’t believe I’ve spent $100+ with this company. After shipping taking 3 weeks, I can’t get the thing out. Go into a deep squat? Please! I can because I’m fit, but when more than half of Americans are not so fit or flexible? I’m rather livid and ready to go back to the toxic, lead filled cotton plugs. This is insane.

I really enjoyed the quality of them they were really good quality silicone disc. They were super easy to clean and I loved that it came with something to carry it, it made it easy for travel etc. Although I don’t think disc fit my anatomy and I would need to try the cup.

Saalt has been telling me for the last 2 weeks my order is ready to ship, yet a month later, I still have not received my order.

I ordered a product from Saalt on 9/19. Overnight on 9/30 I get an email that since shipping has been delayed, I can cancel my order. I emailed back that I would like to cancel, less than 2 hours later, to which I get a reply that my item has progressed too far to cancel. However, it appears to still not be shipped as of 9/30. I get constant text messing from Gimme AI offering me more stuff to buy when Saalt can't even send me what I already bought. On top of all this, I get a 10 dollar gift card to use with Saalt. I will never shop with Saalt again. I can buy my period products literally anywhere else from companies that don't add administrative burden to a period product.

Ordered 2 of each design in both colors shown. Upon receipt lighter color, which appears nude on line, is an unattractive mottled tan/brown, as well as being uncomfortable fit. On line information states unopened products can be returned for refund. Trying to get return/refund information results only in receipt of offer to replace product. I don’t want a replacement. Product doesn’t work for me and not as expected. I do expect return/refund as stated online. Not every product works for everyone. This is part of business, attempting to stonewall customers is not.

When I saw the brief it is listed as such BUT. It for not for a senior citizen it is definitely for a much younger person it pulls on like a brief but only comes up to your hips and does not cover your belly you can see your belly button, I call that a hipster not a brief. VERY WELL MADE !!

I placed an order 21 DAYS ago. STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. And to make it even worse, no update at all. I have reached out three times already and just automatic response that my order is still within the shipping timeframe. I have no idea which ecommerce in 2026 has a +21 days shipping timeframe. There are many comments in their social media saying the same thing. Honestly seems they have not received they stock inventory and they decided to keep sales going. But this hurts a lot your reputation with clients. Never coming back. Save your money and purchase elsewhere.

I ordered a package and it still didn’t ship 2 weeks later. Despite still not shipping, I contacted Saalt for a refund and they said they were unable to do so.

Its been over two weeks and my order has not been moved at all. Customer service assured me twice it’s in the final stages of fulfillment but still days later is yet to even be shipped.
