There was confusion on spending over $100 and getting a free teen pair. The banner didn’t say restrictions and when I clicked it I was brought to the page to purchase a teen pack, which I did. However the free pair wasn’t included. After back and forth with customer service it was eventually added; which I appreciate. It’s now been over 9 days since I placed my order and the shipping is still saying processing. I don’t need my product overnight but I do need it soon for my daughter and I don’t know if it will arrive in time now. We are trying to switch from Knix teen to Saalt. This was a big purchase for us and I have 4 more girls coming up behind her.

I was looking forward to my daughter trying these underwear since she has heavy periods. However, the order for four pair hadn’t yet shipped after almost two weeks since the order was placed. She needed the underwear, so I ended up ordering from a different company and getting the items quickly. So, I no longer needed the items from SAALT. I was told that I would receive a refund. I was hoping something might be offered for the inconvenience, but it wasn’t.

I've ordered a few times from Saalt and while the products are great, they take way too long to come in. I ordered over a week ago and they still have not shipped out.

Quick replies in trying to find my right size! Also, handled multiple minor issues that came up with trying to ship out a different size. Grace was very kind and willing!

Something was missing from my order , they immediately, got on it. They were also so sweet, and polite. The customer service is amazing !!!

I really like Saalt period underwear, they are comfortable and soft, and protects well without the feeling of being in diapers. And when of my underwear tore on the seam, the customer service was great and got me a replacement. I will definitely buy again from Saalt.

I have had an amazing experience with Saalt customer service, I ordered the wrong size cup and they afforded to exchange it for a new cup. On top of that they provide very helpful tip on how to use the cup, and which one best suits you.

I have tried many period products over the years and the saalt cup, underwear and cup wash are my favorite products by far. The cup and underwear have lasted me years and are extremely high quality, and their customer service is fantastic.

Got referred to talk to Saalt directly by Unfabled. Very quick replies and helpful information as well as good service. Grace is the one helping me and she has been wonderful!

While the product was not conducive for my needs the return process was very convoluted. I have shopped with many different companies but never was the onus on me to follow the return tracking and notify the company when they received the return! Then I was told they could not find my order under my email address because someone at the company changed my email address incorrectly, even though they had an order #. So again I had to supply the same information in order to receive my refund. It ended up being over a month from the time the item was received until I received my refund. Won’t order again nor will I recommend products

At this point it would be 0 stars, but that’s not an option. I ordered at the beginning of July. The site said 7 days for shipping. I figured great that will be here in plenty of time for my next cycle. I still had 0 shipping updates or any information. I reached out last week and was told it was being shipped that day and here’s a $10 coupon. My package is still not shipped. No one is responding. Also no phone number to use to contact is ridiculous for a business. It has been almost a month since my purchase, and it feels very scammy. I am highly disappointed in this company and the service they are giving. I really liked the selection of sizes and products they had, but the lack of communication is a big downside.

Trying to force me to return used period underwear which is a really unhygienic request. This policy was not disclosed to me before purchasing.

Saalt wear is amazing! I use it all the time, even for more then just my period. They are easy to clean and feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

I switched from using pads after receiving the Saalt Duo at a women’s resource center, where they had donated cups available for women who attended. I never expected this little cup to completely change how I experience my period. A few days before my cycle started, I decided to practice so there wouldn’t be any surprises. I learned how to insert it, remove it, and even wore it for a few hours. I knew I was prepared… but then my period decided to keep me waiting. 🤣 I started to feel like a thanksgiving turkey waiting to be stuffed or like a professional cup holder. 😂 Once my cycle finally made its grand entrance, everything was a breeze. It was comfortable, I slept great, it was easy to remove and clean, and I found myself learning something new about my body every day. My first cycle definitely came with a learning curve. I discovered that the Small cup was perfect for my lighter days, but on my heaviest day I filled it completely and switched to the Regular, which worked much better. Having both sizes in the Duo made it easy to adjust to my flow. More than anything, this cup helped me become more aware of my own body and my cycle in a way I never expected. 10/10. I would absolutely recommend the Saalt Duo to anyone who’s thinking about making the switch.

Very good customer service, nice & quick responses that aren’t automated and ingenuine

Wanted to like but unfortunately too many discrepancies in sizing, so a bit difficult to buy from. I ordered a medium, after having tried both the small and medium cotton bikini off amazon first and finding that small was too small. i am a 39. 5 around the hip and 31 around the waist under the belly button, measured per sizing chart. i even land as a medium on the sizing chart and the underwear i purchased was cotton and fits "true to size. " yet the underwear i received was sagggyyy and giving me diaper butt and cameltoe. like, im on my period, not competing for saggiest groin. anyways, reached out to customer service by email and seemed to receive automated response abt how that sucks, just return it and pay $7 shipping. then i got ghosted. only good thing was the packaged shipped in 10 days so not horrible.

Weird use of AI that was not disclosed. I reached out for help because they didn’t send an item and I had to go back forth for a very long time with an AI agent that was trying to act like a human. It gave me the wrong information that seemed designed to keep me from getting my missing item and just give up. It asked for things that didn’t make sense, including sending pictures of the items I had already received - and had already been used which was gross. The actual items are pretty good and comfortable for period underwear. I would not repurchase any of the products besides the heavy flow ones because of leaks
