Just wanted to say how amazing the customer service team were. I had an issue with a shipment not being delivered, and Abby got back to me really quickly and helped sort the issue out without any stress or fuss.
There is nothing wrong with your product but I have no reason to use these because my bladder problem has been medically treated so I don’t need these type of panties any longer. I have only heard great things about your product for people that have used them.
Saalt customer service is wonderful. They helped me troubleshoot my disc and figure out a better fit. Fingers crossed it works out! Even if it doesn't, the company was great to work with.
I love their period underwear, feels like normal undies. Although I tried out the medium size disc, it didn’t fit me so I returned it for store credit. The store credit is no where to be seen and I have reached out many times with no response. They currently owe me money still

Not gonna lie… i bought the steamer and the cup. I love the cup but the steamer only lasted a few months. The reason why they got 5 stars was because they replied to my concerns within the same day, and they are going go ship a new one to me for no extra charge!! Plus i feel safer putting something in my body i know is clean!!
I really wanted to love this brand, but the buying experience for a first-time customer has been incredibly frustrating. Saalt markets themselves on providing "personalized help" and "live tips" from dedicated "Saalt Coaches," but in my experience, that support is non-existent when it actually matters. Before placing my order, I contacted them to cancel a previous order (#522048) specifically because I wanted to ensure I had the "Free Return" option while trying to find my size. Despite explaining that I was ordering multiple sizes to find the right fit, the "Coach" who assisted with the cancellation failed to mention their very restrictive return policy: opened items are only eligible for store credit, not a refund. Had their support team actually provided a "live tip" or personalized guidance at that moment, I would never have ordered four pairs at once. Now, I am stuck with over $60 in store credit instead of a refund, simply because I had to open the package to realize the fit wasn't right. What’s even more frustrating is that Saalt sells on Amazon, where customers get a standard 30-day refund policy. It is baffling that buying directly from the company website results in a worse, less customer-friendly experience. If you are a first-time buyer, do not buy directly from their site. Go through Amazon so you aren't penalized for trying to find your size. Saalt talks a big game about "cheering you to bliss," but when it comes to actual transparency and support, they fell short.
I had an issue with the leakproof underwear I purchased and my problem was resolved within a day! Thank you for doing great work!
The salt disc is still not working. Tried all the tips and tricks sent to me. Had to have husband remove it in the shower. It was the last report before having urgent care take it out. 0/10 recommend
After 2 disastrous attempts at getting a pair of period underwear, I give up! And to think I paid $42 to have a terrible experience. I will have to review you on Trustpilot, I'm sorry to say. I dislike giving negative reviews but everything about this, from the outrageous price to the terrible products to the bait and switch format of the checkout was a mess. The 2 pairs for $15 that I got at Walmart work better than yours. The sleep shorts kept the discharge fluids on top of the pad so I was wet all night! UGH!
Customer service is amazing! I tried the soft cup and liked the shape but wanted something more firm. I emailed customer service to get advice. They let me know the 90 day satisfaction policy covers Amazon purchases, and they sent me a gift card to get the regular cup. They even adjusted so the giftcard matched the price of the cup I wanted. This all happened in the span of a few hours. So glad I reached out.
This is my second cup, and unfortunately it break down really quickly. Such a shame because I loved a first one, I’ve been having it for ages and it was time to change. But a new one not good at all:/
I’ve switched to the salt soft cup thinking it would be a better fit and it’s actually worse than the original. I have spent my whole day trying to get this thing in and it is never comfortable and/or it leaks. I just want something I can try instead of tampons bc I hate them. I am so disappointed I’ve now wasted another $30 on a cup I’m going to throw out bc It is pretty much unusable to me.
Really disappointing experience. My package was delivered to the wrong address by their courier, and when I raised the issue, I was told I had to wait 72 hours before they could even look into it. After waiting the full 72 hours, they responded almost immediately—only to say they wouldn’t assist any further. The lack of accountability and transparency is frustrating. If you’re not going to help, be upfront about it from the start instead of wasting your customer’s time. Poor service and even worse communication
I was really surprise and impressed that Saalt proactively reached out to me in follow up to a review I had made. I was very thankful for their generosity in making things right when a pair of underwear that didn't fit well in two different sizes were replaced by a pair I really like that fit well.
I've tried several different brands of leak-proof underwear. So far, these are the best. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. I even made an error during the ordering process and it was rectified promptly. Will buy more!
