Ordered a 41 wide and received a 40 regular. Had to be approved for return and have not received my refund. Will not order from this company again.

The right boot inline seam was partially still sewn together. . I was not able to get my foot into the right boot because of the seam still being partially sewn together due to not imperfection.

I've purchased 3 pairs of shoes in the past 3 months and I am in love with each pair! I do suggest opting to pay the extra $5 at checkout in case you need to exchange your size. I only had to size up a half size with one pair and it was hassle free. Customer service was excellent, and the shoes were unbeatable prices!

Love the shoes! It is difficult for me to buy well fitting shoes. I find Drew shoes to be the most comfortable yet they are very pricey. I found a wonderful pair of Drew sneakers at Ruze Shoes for an unbelievable price. They arrived promptly and in good shape. Wonderful shoes only wish the other colors would still be in my size.

Selection and shipping was great! I purchased a pair of Merrills. Saved over $100! As soon as I received that pair I turned around and purchased 2 other pairs of Merrills- leather hiking shoes and lightweight walking shoes. I read quite a few negative reviews, but I actually wonder if the folks tried similar shoes prior to ordering online.
