I found this site using a search for a specific shoes. I am always careful when using a new website that I am not familiar with. I am glad I gave Ruze Shoes a try. The shoes that I ordered were exactly what I expected. Shipping was smooth and checking out was straight forward. I will be buying more shoes from them in the future.

I wanted to return the shoes. I was directed to the website. I understood the website to say if you wanted to return the shoes and get credit for a future purchase to contact Ruze. I dos it several times and got the same auto response email each time. I have the shoes away and will not purchase from you again.

There was a defect in one of the shoes. I was able to return them and another pair that did not fit without problems. The return occurred without difficulty.

To be honest. . . . when OI saw the price, I thought. . . "I've wasted 40 or 50 bucks on stupider things. Then the boots came quickly and I was pleasantly surprised that they were a decent quality and fit true to size. New boots mean having to break them in. . . these were pretty much good to go. Highly recommend!

Way too big, no shipping label to return, just an address to blindly ship them back to and hope I get my money back. Quality of shoes was decent, but I highly suspect they were fakes due to the crooked stitched in labels, large size and lack of insulation. That, and the only people to have ever sold them is RUZE. Called customer service to cancel before they shipped, was told I could not cancel because they'd already shipped. Could barely understand Indian on phone. Lesson: If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
