Shoes are in used condition… and have submitted photos through email but ordeal is NOT resolved…. I am requesting a postage paid return label so that the order can be returned since I did NOT receive NEW shoes.

Not what I expected reading is fundamental

Wrong size shipped. Website switched sizes when I navigated to the cart. I didn't catch it before submitting the order so I had to return them. The other shoes I purchased I really like, so I would still purchase again from RUZE in the future. Just make sure to check your order carefully before purchase.

I ordered a pair of shoes and when I received them there was some stitching that was out. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly. They made it quick and easy for me to return the shoes. Unfortunately they didn't have another pair in my size so I can't review the shoes, just customer service. It was great.
