I ordered a pair of Ewings size 9. 5 for a phenomenal price but received the shoes in size 9. I emailed Ruze and customer service responded quickly, however, the return process would be at my own shipping expense despite the fact that they sent a size other than what I ordered. While I understand I got a great deal, I'm disappointed to have to pay to go through the process of an exchange for a mistake I didn't make.

I am extremely disappointed with Ruze Shoes’ shipping and customer service. I was unable to stop a shipment or correct an address after ordering, despite contacting them promptly. The miscommunication and lack of truthful responses ultimately cost me four pairs of shoes, and I still have received nothing. This experience was frustrating, costly, and completely avoidable with better customer support and transparency. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

So the item was packed very well. There was no damage. Shipping was a little slow. But acceptable and the website is decent.

ZERO STARS! I had a previous review that RUZE answered saying they will reach out privately for a problem I am having with their return window. All I received was a duplicate email stating the return process. When I clicked on the link, thinking maybe they refreshed my ability to exchange/return my order, THERE IS NOW NO HISTORY OF THE ORDER!! BUYER BEWARE!!

Wish I could have the option to go more pairs per page. Other than that I'm quite pleased with the experience
