I have made numerous purchases from this seller but never did I need the customer service support. This time I did need assistance on a purchase I made on 8/22 due to a technical issue during returning/exhanging an item. Multiple phone calls. The phone would not work at all. I would get a message from Verizon that the number was not in service. When I finally got through close to the afternoon I was told that they will sent me a label to return my purchase one day and then denied the next. They have lost a costumer. Then multiple emails giving me the run around and then denied return.

Will purchase again.
