Shoes fell apart after 7 months of regular wear - Ruze Shoes refuses to honor the warranty. They have avoided their legal responsibility and provided terrible customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The experience was pretty good I suppose. The shoes I ordered came in relatively short time. Unfortunately, I didn't like them as. much once I saw them. The return process wasn't bad. It's just that I deleted the confirmation email once I recieved the shoes. Shouldn't really be a problem though, the invoice was in the box and it has the order number on it.

Your return policy is not the way it was in the past when I’ve had to return shoes. Sorry shoes were beautiful

First pair of shoes had a manufacturer defect. Sent back to Ruze and they exchanged the shoes for a pair without any issues. It was prompt and good service.
