Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong color of shoes. I was told they did not have the color I ordered. After I proved by photo, that I was sent the wrong thing and after being offered 15% discount for the item I did not want and not need, I was finally given approval to return the shoes and sent a prepaid label to do so. I am still annoyed that I was sent something I did not order and I feel that the back and forth took too long. But I did get my refund and I would have been delighted with everything IF the shoes had been the right color.
