Customer service lacking

Good price. Excellent customer service (I needed to reach out to find the shoes I was looking for) and prompt delivery.

Initiated a return within the return window, then I got an email after the window closed saying that there is a different process to complete returns but that I’m now out of the return window and cannot return/exchange my order. Nice racket going on here.

Shoes must be miss-sized from the manufacturer. The sizes are not true. For example, one shoe, my foot was longer than the shoe, & another my foot was wider than the shoe, an a third shoe swallowed my feet, and the four the pair had a huge heel area even though all were women's size 9 medium. That means, 4 out of 5 pair DID NOT FIT PROPERLY. . . . . . AGAIN. The Ruze solution, spend $12 to return shoes. This is not good business. This is my second time to be STUNG by the allure of a good price for a good name brand shoe. I think Ruze buys the mismarked shoes from manufacturers for resale. Needless to say I am extremely dissatisfied with my shipment. Four didn't fit. The name Ruze fits the definition of RUSE an action intended to deceive someone; a trick.
