Sent the wrong shoes and tried to talk me into keeping them and reorder the correct pair. The shoes were sent back and the emailed saying they have not been- tracking shows they were delivered back to them. I am STILL waiting for the CORRECT shoes to be sent. No response from ther terrible customer service tiebreaker than”will be processed 2-3 days or receipt of return” they have had for a week!! Customer service is a nightmare. I will not order form this place again. Send the correct shoes!!!

My package was delivered to wrong address by OnTrack company. So, 3 pairs of expensive intalian shoes were lost. . . Unbelievable. . . I filed a complaint to OnTrack, but I doubt they would recover it. Please do NOT use OnTrack for delivery. Use UPS or Fedex, like other good companies do.
