Great

The company themselves have great quality product and they have customer service where they do answer the phone during business hours but the delivery company they use if you Google them they literally have bad reviews all over they drop my shoes to the wrong door and sent me a confirmation message that it was delivered to the wrong door I called the delivery company they told me to call the shoe company I call the shoe company and send both companies proof and screenshots and it was literally about 10 minutes after the delivery and here I am 3 weeks later no refund no shoes both companies are saying they know what happened but neither one of them are issuing the refund.

Excellent service and quality.
