I purchased 3 pairs and I am very happy with the other 2 shoes. However, I had to return the Softwalk Adora due to a sizing issue. The $12 return fee is too expensive compared to the $18. 50 item price. I wanted to upload photos to show the size problem, but there is no option to attach files here. Please improve your return policy.

You must humbly and sincerely accept customer feedback! Discount coupons must be genuinely usable; don't give them out when they're unusable, and then insist they're usable when they clearly aren't. As a real boss, do you think it's acceptable for your customers service to respond like that? Shouldn't you call them in and ask them what's going on? Are they even doing their job as customer service properly? Or are they putting on one face for the boss and another for the customers? Is that acceptable?
