We just purchased our eleventh RugPro pad. Our oldest RugPro is probably 3 years old. Most of our pads are on refinished or new hardwood floors. Our floors are just as clean under the pads as they were the day we put them down. Our rugs get quite a bit of traffic and they always stay in place; even with a large dog in the house. As a plus, customer service is exceptional. We would not consider buying our rug pads from anyone other than RugPadUSA. While their pads do cost more than some others, we have found them to be more than worth the extra money.

I have ordered 3 rug pads from this company to go under runners to help them not slip when walked on or when my golden retrievers run across them when they are playing. They work perfectly. All the various types of pads is awesome and the way they are described and for what purpose really makes the selecting of one very easy. I love that they will not leave a rubbery residue on my hardwood floors. I am getting a large area rug this year for a bedroom and this will be the company I order from for the pad I will put under it.

The pad came quickly, cut to right size, and is very soft and gentle on my hardwood floors. I appreciate that it is not rubberized but still stays put. Ordering another today.
