We ordered a pad and had plenty of time before the rug all the furniture arrived that would go on it. However, UPS appeared to lose the rug pad. It just sat in a holding state with no update for nearly 2 weeks. As we were now approaching our furniture delivery date, I called RugPad USA and they promptly sent out a replacement pad and it got here in time! They filed a claim with UPS for the original pad - I didn’t have to do anything, they handled it all.

Hands down the best rug pads I've ever used. My rugs now stay right where I put them without marking my hardwood floor finish. I appreciate that I can get thin pads where doors make height an issue, but the thin ones hold just as well. Expensive, definitely, but for me they were worth it, and I will buy them again.

Love how I can feel confident my floors are protected. Also keeps rug in place.

I have purchased many rug pages from USA Rug Pads. They are accurate size made to order and arrive quickly. I am pleased with the cushion of the pad and non slip grip for safety reasons. Most people do not buy rug pads but they protect the floors and add value to your rugs.

Sturdy, but light, and PERFECTLY cut. My rug doesn’t budge in the slightest and lies perfectly flat. Additionally, it provides cushioning. I suspect it may outlast my rug. Glad I found RUGPAD USA.
