I ordered the 1/4 inch Eco-Plush felt pad for under my new 8x10 rug. The order came quickly and well packaged. It had to stay in the box for 3 weeks while I waited for the rug to arrive but opened up flat right away. Soft, no odors. Very pleased with my purchase.

Everything was great!

I ordered the pad pre-cut to fit my rug. It fits well and feels quite luxurious, and keeps the rug in place nicely. I di feel that the price was a bit high for just a pad.

RugPadUSA is an excellent product made by an excellent manufacturer! My order was meticulously crafted & delivered before the promised date. Their service assistance was superb as well. From the placement of my order to the placement of the pads under my rugs, RugPadUSA was a stellar company with an exceptional product. FIVE STARS!

You can’t see our rug pads but they are the finishing touch to our new home. The website guided us to the perfect choice of pad, the shipping was super fast, and the end result is exactly what we had been hoping for. Bonus points for made in the USA, and top notch customer service.

Highly recommend, Rug Pad USA's website was easy to navigate and easy to enter rug dimensions. Delivery was fast and the rug pad was in perfect condition. The rug pad was exactly the right size. The rug pad has been in place for a month now and that rug does not move. This is what you are looking for, pull the trigger.

Love these natural rug pads and even though a mistake was made on one of them, they corrected quickly with no cost to me! Very accommodating !

Needed a rug pad to protect our newly refinished hardwood floors from our rug. The company that redid the floors recommended natural rubber and felt pad so we found this site and ordered it. Rug is pretty well locked in place now and gives us peace of mind it's not damaging the floors. Shipping was quick and we're considering ordering a second one. Price seems reasonable for the quality.

I have purchased various rug size pads from this company. The pads are always cut to perfect size and I appreciate the quality . The delivery is done in a timely manner. I highly recommend RUGPAD USA

It was great!

Beautiful product, great customer service.

I've tried other rug pads on my hardwood floors and these are the best in the biz. Spend the right amount of money on these and don't cheap out.

All good

Extremely well made and long lasting, keeps the carpet from moving, my third purchase for different carpets and would never buy a rug pad from any other company. Fast ship and quality material.

Good product, good cut, good delivery.

I've currently ordered 3 rug pads. Very easy orderng and shipped quickly. Excellent product!

Fast & accurate order!

The rug pad was correctly sized -- just a bit smaller than the rug. I asked that the rug not arrive before a certain date, and the company adjusted the shipping date so it arrived a day after I arrived. Perfect!

As always, pad is perfect and perfect size. Delivery was as promised and certainly quick than the rug that will top it, which I’m still waiting for…….. Excellent quality and product. High recommend this company!
