We purchased the pad from directly RugPadUSA because it was seemed a little better quality then the one Hone Depot offered. We also wanted it cut to size professionally, and did not want to have to try to cut it once it arrived. We were very disappointed when the rug came and during installation we discovered that the pad had been cut to the wrong dimensions. It was long on one side and short on the other. Your customer service was easy to work with.

These seem like very good rug pads. I used them to replace inferior pads under about ten carpets. The base of the old pads were falling apart, turning into something like a fine clay-like sand. They were not properly holding the carpets and risked damaging my hardwood floors. The natural rubber base of these new pads is excellent, and the pads were all properly cut and ready to install following a very quick delivery. Customer service by this company is absolutely excellent. Thank you!

Definitely like. Good fit, light weight, not too thick. I bought a second one for a smaller rug too. The only thing I would improve would be the grip of the top . . the smaller rug tends to slide a bit off the side.

The 1/4 inch Superior Lock rug pads we bought for five oriental rugs appear to be high quality, and we expect them to function as advertised. Time will tell! The thing I can rate at five stars right now is the above and beyond advice and support we received from Anna in Customer Services. Her assistance could not have been better. If the rug pads perform as well as Anna, they will also earn five stars.

I was so excited that the rug pad arrived quickly and was good quality. Unfortunately, it's 12" shorter than my rug, obviously leaving too much unpadded carpet. I didn't realize that until I unrolled it when I had already enlisted someone to help me, and I'm impatient, so I didn't return it. It's in my bedroom, so I pulled most of the pad to cover the area not under my bed. Disappointing. .

After spending thousands of dollars on our new Luxury Vinyl Planking floor, I looked for a solution that would allow us to use our LL Bean Waterhog rugs and other rub backed rugs without chancing damage to the flooring. The flooring manufacturer warned that rubber and plastic backed rugs could damage the flooring and we didn’t want to take any chances, especially after seeing our old linoleum floor suffer from coloring issues from a rubber backed rug. Love that I found RugPad! I like the fact that they automatically reduce the size by an inch all around so there's never a problem with the pad sticking out. The quality and the feel underfoot are fantastic.

We were able to transform thin floppy throw rugs into sturdy, stay-in-place carpet mats. When we first bought the rugs, they were surprisingly thin and they too easy bunched up and moved around on the carpet. Tripping hazard! With the rug pads, they finally became useful and significantly more secure.
