I was a little worried about shipping to the EU and customs duties, but everything went smoothly and I am absolutly thrilled with the pckaging and the high-quality products. I am absolutely amazed at the level of service I just received. I had ordered several brushes. All of them in a longer handle. Apparently I ordered one short handle by mistake. Erin F noticed that this was the only short handled brush in my order and contacted me to confirm that was what I really wanted. I let Erin know that I had ordered in error and she was able to to correct my order. This type of service is absolutely astounding! Also, I cannot say enough about the high quality of the brushes.
