Unknown to me, my purchase was hung up in US customs for an unusually long time. This had never happened before. When I contacted Rosemary and Co for the tracking number again they immediately looked into it for me and assured me it was not lost, but would arrive the next day. And it did! I was very impressed by their concern over my small order.

The hog bristles have a great snap and flexibility, perfect for paint handling. Their thickness is just the right amount, allowing them to hold a good amount of paint, but not so thick as to lack flexibility and just push paint out of the way, as some other brush brands do. I only wish I had discovered Rosemary and Co. years ago. These brushes are perfect for professionals and obviously designed by people who understand painting and what artists are looking for in their brushes. I just put in another order yesterday, highly recommend!

Beautiful brush. I am a beginner, and have started to play around with brushes. These are by far my favorite.

Took a little long to send as some were made to order, but I was given a couple of complimentary brushes for the delay which I didn’t expect, but appreciated. Excellent customer service and excellent brushes, I recommend them to everyone

Very high quality

Great experience and I’m very pleased with the brushes so far. I’ve used them this month and with some of my techniques would have expected lesser brushes to be showing some weaknesses. Not these- I’m very pleased with balance, finesse, durability, and value. Shipping was the only hiccup, and that was only due to getting inadvertently stuck in US customs. I called and a Rosemary rep was even able to “check on” and speed up the customs delay. Pleased all around with the service and product.
