I had a slight hitch when Royal Mail misdirected my package but it arrived an hour before I had to leave for the airport. I was visiting from Cape Town.

They sent me the wrong type of brushes first (long flat). But, upon reporting, they shipped me the right type (short flat). Some time was lost, but, they apologized for their mistake and send me two complementary brushes in addition to my order. I am overall happy with Rosemary group and will be doing business with them again.

I think prices are very adequate. Even more, I expected that they be higher, but I was at the point of other brands "professional" tools. Whole range of products is so wide and diverse. Also I just love catalogue with 1:1 pictures, which alows me to better imagine what I need for next purchase. I thought it would be another catalogue with products but photos with exact shape and size - it's just magnifique! Price for shipping was also quite good, could be lower, of course, but it's okay for this quality products. Overall I'm beyond happy to finaly buy and try your brushes, and I'll buy more in the future.

I found my self a new brush supplier

Ordered four series 33 Kolinsky Sable brushes. They shipped swiftly in good packaging and arrived in excellent condition. They brushes perform excellent, as expected.
