My order was shipped within a few days and received within 10 days. The box with the bike was not damaged, but it was opened and was attached with plastic straps.

I like my Rize X a lot. About 5,000 kms on it and no issues. Upgraded to the optional gauge package and am not totally impressed with it for how much it cost me.
