Bike arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. This is my second Rize bike. Enjoying the comfort of the fat tires on this one.

Good bike, timely response to questions.

Bike was shipped out to me. Mostly assembled but still took a while to put together with a friend & to make sure was put together properly, good videos for assembly. Unfortunately larger LCD that was sent out to me did not fit the bike and had to be sent back. Suspension seat was to be sent out as a replacement. I am still waiting for that.

I had good service, the feedback from the support service is good and in both official languages.

Fast shipping, no damage easily assembled. The owners manual could include more information on maintenance and care.

Everything went smoothly except the assembly instructions have a few errors. Not hard to work through though.

So far excellent. Fully recommend to anyone.
