Fast delivery even though I live on the other side of the country.

The battery seems to be very good. so far, fresh out of the box. I did a 32km ride from a 100% charge and still it showed 100%, whereas my previous battery would have been at 50% or less when new after the same ride. The larger capacity, 21 Ah vs 17 Ah, helps a lot.

Their customer service was first class. The keys arrived ahead of time.
