The service personnel is topnotch, helpful and very responsive.

Bikes were exactly as expected. Staff was friendly and willing to spend all the time required to answer all our questions. Delivery on my wife’s bike was requested in short time period just before Christmas and was assembled and ready when requested.

All great but display could be bigger and colors

Solid bikes. The bikes arrived in a short time in well packaged boxes. They were straight forward to assemble. Also, custom setup through the LCD, display is user friendly. The lights are good and bright and it's cool how the LCD display is lit up automatically when the lights are turned on. The folding feature is s big positive for us. With two of these, minimum storage space and transportability is a must. The bikes are solid when riding on any terrain, no movement in the frame whatsoever.

Fast and easy

Shipping was just a few days from BC to Ontario. When it arrived, the sprocket had torn the one side of the box and I had read a review in the past stating someone else experienced same. Before I moved it, I took a picture of the box in the event that I had a problem with the sprocket once I assembled it. If I had one recommendation, I would say make the box an inch and a half wider with better packing around the sprocket to ensure the sprocket does not get damaged. Turned out i had no issues once unpacked and assembled.

Excellent service

Fast shipping, came in good order well packed.

Bike arrived quickly. I love the ability to adjust the handlebar position both in height and closeness due to an old shoulder injury. I chose this bike due to the step through design which is much better for my bad knee (i have a Rize bike which is 5 years old with a traditional cross bar design). I also love the position of the battery UNDER the cross bar and the EASE of removal and replacement. Hopefully this will keep me riding for MANY years to come.

Shipping as expected was easy and the service on time. Haven't got a bad thing to say about Rize Bikes and their products. You can save on generic stuff but most of the time it brings its own problems. Should have learned by now. Way to go Rize

We bought 2 bikes and are very happy with them. I had an issue with one of the display module, which was quickly and efficiently dealt with

I have the Rize Bolt. The ride is pretty good. A little on the heavy side for a folding bike. I also found the steering a bit hard to control, especially when trying to ride one handed, usually for hand signalling. Perhaps the front wheel could be a bit more forward away from the rear wheel. I did have some issues initially with the brakes in which the calipers seems to be misaligned. A few YouTube videos helped me figure out how to adjust the calipers.

Love my RX. The brakes do squeal quite a bit until they are bedded in - still squeals a bit but it’s ok. The motor is very strong and will easily strip away at the bottom 3 gears at lower speeds and inclines. Front shock is not plush at all, feels very cheap. Riding on grass is not pleasant if there are any bumps, sometimes jolting up thru the handle bars. Bike is basically unrideable without battery power, very heavy. Overall I would still highly recommend if you can afford it.
