Very fast shipping and easy to put together.

Arrived quickly and pretty easy to put together. Some of the fine settings (like gear alignment) require watching videos on the website instead of being in the manual. It also may require more expertise/gear than I have, as it seems to assume having a set up to hang the bike off the ground.

My husband and I purchased Rize City bikes in February. We ordered them online, but called Rize with a few questions before taking the plunge. They were very helpful and easily available for our questions. The bikes arrived as scheduled and we were able to assemble them easily. These are our second e-bikes. We enjoyed our first bikes and had no issues, but decided to upgrade to newer bikes. I have to admit that the first thing that drew me to the bike was the pretty turquoise colour, but it’s not just a pretty face. I am impressed with build, sturdiness and options available for the price. Although I didn’t get the second battery option, I am excited this is available if I choose to add it. Since we purchased the bikes in February, we did not test ride them right away. Our first ride was in April and it went well. These bikes seem more responsive than our previous bikes and so far, I am pleased with the ride. Our old bikes locked with a key, and our Rize bikes are secured with a password. I’m not a particularly techie person, so setting up the password took a bit of research and fidgeting, I managed to master it without calling Rize for support. There are many other options and settings available and I’m sure they will be useful. So far, I am very pleased with our new bikes and looking forward to many more rides.

After researching the specs on many e-bikes I decided on the Rize X. Smooth ride with a 1000 W hub, the power is there if you need it. With gas at 1. 80 and upwards to 2. 00 a litre my calculation for my use is that the bike will pay for itself in less than 2 years from the gas savings. The customer support is top notch, had an issue trying to figure out the controller, help desk responded immediately problem solved. No issues with delivery, on time all good. Just looking at the bike rings out quality and an attractive look. Luvin it !!!

The service personnel is topnotch, helpful and very responsive.

Bikes were exactly as expected. Staff was friendly and willing to spend all the time required to answer all our questions. Delivery on my wife’s bike was requested in short time period just before Christmas and was assembled and ready when requested.

All great but display could be bigger and colors

Solid bikes. The bikes arrived in a short time in well packaged boxes. They were straight forward to assemble. Also, custom setup through the LCD, display is user friendly. The lights are good and bright and it's cool how the LCD display is lit up automatically when the lights are turned on. The folding feature is s big positive for us. With two of these, minimum storage space and transportability is a must. The bikes are solid when riding on any terrain, no movement in the frame whatsoever.

Fast and easy

Shipping was just a few days from BC to Ontario. When it arrived, the sprocket had torn the one side of the box and I had read a review in the past stating someone else experienced same. Before I moved it, I took a picture of the box in the event that I had a problem with the sprocket once I assembled it. If I had one recommendation, I would say make the box an inch and a half wider with better packing around the sprocket to ensure the sprocket does not get damaged. Turned out i had no issues once unpacked and assembled.
