Service was fine. Prices are way too high.

Trying to get answers to delivery issues is beyond ridiculous. Received 1/2 my triple and can’t find out when the rest may be delivered. Rise said it was coming UPS and fed ex delivered. Both say delivery complete.

I recently bought the family garden as a business gift. Unfortunately, they had no space for such a device. Contacted Rise support which takes typically a day or 2 to respond for them to tell me it was part of a promotion, and they will not take the product back. I was never made aware at the time of purchase it was final. On all the emails that were sent, there is no mention of a no return policy, and when I went to their website it is not even clearly written in their refund page what determines a final sale as it is vaguely sandwiched between a personal garden explanation. I took screen shots and even sent the emails I received to their support. They seem more interested in holding onto the monies than do the right thing and take back a product that was intended as a gift that just did not work out and is in the original packaging. Btw the packing when delivered is very flimsy as the cardboard was barely holding together and later found out from Rise the product is also made in Mexico not the USA as one may be under the assumption from the site but in fairness I did not specially look. I did look today as they are extending offers and noticed there is still no clear indication of the no return policy and it also states on the page it has a 90 day which is confusing. They really need to be clearer in their policies especially if you cannot return. Very poor business practice and they need to learn there are times to make an exception.

I never have to buy lettuce or little tomatoes or peppers. Plus everything keeps so much longer in the refrigerator than any store bought produce. I grew outside patio tomatoes and compared them to my rise garden tomatoes and nobody could tell the difference. The flavor is bright and fresh. I love my Rise Garden.

Product ships on time and I get notifications of status. The Rise Gardens is very productive.
