I’ve tried growing many different options they have available and tomatoes are the clear consistent and robust winner.

I've always loved the idea of growing and eating my own produce. I have tried to grow herbs on my balcony, but having the balcony facing the wrong direction to the sun makes growing greens hard. Rise's approachable guide for each plant as well as friendly customer support staff makes gardening indoor idiot-proof.

I feel like some of these hydroponic garden companies are really overpriced and try to upsell on membership and seeds. Not rise! I love this company they feel trustworthy and the more I use their garden, nutrients, and products the more impressed I am!

The garden itself and the seed offerings and great, but the information that the app provides is often useless and inaccurate. Don't expect the app to walk you through the process of growing each plant, because it'll constantly tell you to perform actions such as pruning, harvesting, etc. for plants that aren't even close to ready for it, which means you have to use your own judgement for plant care half the time. I've had issues with seeds sprouting but never properly maturing. My plants are not crowded at all, and I have followed all the care instructions, so it's certainly frustrating. I grow many other plants besides the ones in my Rise Garden, and they all are doing quite well.

While I like the seed and fertilizer products, and I enjoy the garden, I have had consistent issues with the gardens wifi and it’s been next to impossible to get someone on the phone to help me. I’ve had my garden since June and have only received 1 call, and it was not at the correct time so I was not home. Otherwise, I wait for weeks to even hear back about setting up a call. Wish the brand put more emphasis on customer service so I could utilize the product the way it should be.

Like any gardening venture, there are successes and failures, but it's a great adventure, learning hydroponics, and the Rise garden is a great way to learn. It's a well designed system.

I have tried many indoor gardens, but they have never given me consistent results like Rise has. The overall growing unit just works, and it works well without too much time or effort. The family loves having fresh produce when cooking and for quick, healthy eating options. It has always been a conversation topic when guests are over, too.

I love my family garden. Having the 3-tiers is great for organizing what I want to plant. The app is user friendly and improvements keep being made to it. There’s a lot of trial and error still while you learn, but overall, I really enjoy it and it works great!

I've had my Rise Garden for over a year now and I love it so much. I've always wanted a garden but I'll best honest: I live in South Carolina and I hate the heat and bugs. I never wanted to be out in 100 degree weather fighting bugs all year. Rise Gardens are so convenient and grow even in the dead of winter. The produce tastes great and you'd be surprised how much food you can grow in such a small space. I usually have extra to give to friends and family. Customer support has also been helpful with any issues I've had. Can't recommend enough :)

I've tried the gardyn and lettuce grow. with the garden, seeds and nutrients from rise I find I can far out produce what I did in the others.

I finally made the decision to purchase the Rise Garden! I own their first version, the Family Garden, and what a difference! First, the design is so aesthetically pleasing, it goes well in any room. I ordered the Cloud color and it's very beautiful. Also, the assembly was much better than their first Garden. The parts come in labeled boxes making the assembly process very smooth and fun. One of my favorite things is the water reservoir. The water reservoir can hold a lot more water than their first garden, ensuring that your plants always plenty of water, making it convenient in case you have to go out of town. So far everything has worked wonderfully, that I am thinking of purchasing a their Charcoal Garden!
