Love my new Rise Garden so far and can't wait for my garden to start producing. The support is very helpful and responsive and I very much appreciate that.

I finally made the decision to purchase the Rise Garden! I own their first version, the Family Garden, and what a difference! First, the design is so aesthetically pleasing, it goes well in any room. I ordered the Cloud color and it's very beautiful. Also, the assembly was much better than their first Garden. The parts come in labeled boxes making the assembly process very smooth and fun. One of my favorite things is the water reservoir. The water reservoir can hold a lot more water than their first garden, ensuring that your plants always plenty of water, making it convenient in case you have to go out of town. So far everything has worked wonderfully, that I am thinking of purchasing a their Charcoal Garden!

I just received my Rise Garden and I can't love it enough!

I ordered collard seeds and received Alfresco Salad Mix instead. I was a little upset by the fact that the only customer support was by email but my very first email back from them fixed the problem and included a tracking number. I know that doesn't sound like much, but I've dealt with countless companies that take 3 and 4 emails back and forth before they every choose to just make stuff right. Rise did it immediately. I got my replacement seeds fast and every single pod germinated. I hope they keep growing the selection of available pods throughout the years to come.

I loved the original version - it was fantastically productive, but Rise did a wonderful job in making the new version. The water reservoir is huge and lasts forever without refilling, the materials and design on the new trays make it much easier to clean (sediments come off easily). It was much easier to assemble. The electronics seem to be a huge upgrade. Connecting the garden to wifi was much easier than my first garden and I love the new controls for the pump. I am still growing in both gardens and so far the new version seems to grow just as well as the original. I would have loved to get the charcoal color, but my wife preferred the white.

Tomatoes and lettuce thrive and its nice having them on hand when I want them. The cares are easy and the garden (family two tier, original for now) doesnt take up much room. I just wish I could grow bigger, taller plants. And buy another tier for my original and a couple of the new ones in three tier. The only major problem I have is keeping my cat from eating what she wants from it lol.

This is my first Rise Garden, but I've had other larger systems before. I love the tray method. The roots have more room to drink, which seems advantageous. It also looks great! I just harvested my first round of root vegetables, which I love. The maintenance I haven't had to deal with yet, but seems like it'll be more straightforward than other sRead more about review stating Happy with my 2 tier Riseystems I've tried. One potential issue for me is the app trying to be smart. This would likely be amazing for beginners, but I've learned to work around it. Hydroponics is hydroponics, so you can be as expert or beginner as you want with this garden. It's great!

Just a great experience to have your own fresh greens and veggies to eat every day.

As much as I love the product, customer service is sorely lacking. The primary method of communication is email, leaving customers to wait for response after response when a phone call could have resolved an issue in less than 10 minutes. I don't understand companies that not only don't want to talk to their customers but also help them fix issues quickly. When it takes four incorrect parts shipments over the course of several emails in a few weeks time, and finally a phone call to get the right part, it is proof that email is an exceedingly inefficient method of problem solving.

I love how this garden looks in my home. Everyone who visits remarks how beautiful it is. I grow all my lettuce and herbs and cherry size tomatoes year round.

I love my Rise Gardens and have 2 of them now. I enjoy growing peppers, tomatoes, green beans, and lettuce. The produce is so much better tasting than the grocery store and stays fresh for much longer. Most importantly, I never have to worry about chemical or biological contamination. My produce is in my control 100% of the time.

It is wonderful to have fresh lettuce and herbs any time of the year. Saves money and expands our menus, which we love. The garden is easy to care for and attractive as well.

I love the product and the ability to grow in such a small space, but the personal garden does have its limitations for growing beyond greens, herbs, and flowers. I hope to someday have the space for a family garden. We love herbs and fresh greens, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the tomatoes and lavender turn out! I recently added a small fan and can tell it helps make the plants stronger and healthier.
