I was quite nervous about buying a guitar without seeing it in person and trying it out first. Richards Guitars has such a great reputation for customer care, and for having great instruments, that I decide to go for it. Big purchase for me, and I'm delighted with the instrument - hard to put it down. We did have a few things to iron out with the guitar and these were dealt with quickly. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that I really wanted to talk with someone onthe phone, but all comms were by email or online chatbox. I think this was just a busy time for them, but it would have been quicker and less stressful to just have a chat.

Many thanks to everyone at Richards Guitars for everything you did to kindly and patiently help me find the guitar I was looking for and for setting my instrument up to such a high standard. It sounds like magic and plays like a dream! 👍

I was lucky enough to visit the store in person and try out several guitars until I decided on the “one”. The guys are so accommodating and helpful which really helps when you’re trying to make a big decision.

Jon and Jake are great at what they do. Both really friendly and easy to communicate with, both online and in person. Definitely worth booking an appointment and visiting if you can.
