Arrived on an arranged date and given a two hour delivery window on the day of delivery which was very useful. No issues with the guitar and perfectly set up. I would not hesitate to purchase from Richards Guitars again

I bought a Furch blue electro-acoustic and wrote a very positive review as Colin W. A few weeks later I noticed an issue with the jack plug connection cutting out. I hadn't really plugged in until then. I contacted the company, dealt with Jon (TY so much) and I feel compelled to write an additional review, without a doubt 5 stars, just to report the wonderful after sales service that I got. problem sorted and such great communication and consideration for my happiness as a customer. This shop is the experience you would wish for.

I did have to wait quite a while for my guitar. There were a number of problems which weren’t the fault of Richards Guitar. However, I feel that I could have been kept informed about the status of my order on a more regular basis. The shop was not easy to get in contact with by phone. I was, however, contacted to ask my preferences on the set up of the guitar which arrived well set up and gig ready. After an initial problem with the courier the guitar was delivered at the stated time, was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Jake and Richard were amazing during the whole process of coming ups o the shop, playing an abundance of guitars, then settling on a beautiful Furch, ordering the spec, fitting the pickup and then finally sending it to me. They made the whole process super streamlined and were really friendly and informative every step of the way. I am loving the purchase so far and can't wait to make more music on it!

I bought this secondhand on a Saturday morning visit. It was the perfect acoustic for my particular needs. I also bought a Gordon Smith (again) on the same trip. The guys are always a pleasure to deal with. I must thank Chris for setting up both guitars whilst I waited rather than requiring me to travel back again to collect them.
