Great service, given time to try out a number of guitars with Jake on hand for advice if needed. Quality control was so good the workshop identified a minuscule issue that I didn’t spot (speaks volumes) and gave me options. Now very happy with my purchase and highly recommend Richards guitars

Bought my first Eastman guitar from Richard’s guitars this month. I’d spoke to Jake and Jon regarding the guitar and decided to make the purchase. Comms was great all the way through the process. I did need to wait approx 6 weeks in total for the guitar, it was shipped to the shop and set up complete before I received. More than happy with my purchase, it sounds amazing. Great purchase experience. I’m sure I will buy again from Richard’s guitars.

I recently ordered an Eastman E10ss guitar from Richards Guitars. They were unable to supply me with the guitar I ordered but offered me the upgraded version the Eastman E10ss TC for the same price which was great.The whole process was easy and Jake was very supportive and a pleasure to speak to. The guitar arrived perfectly packaged and set up exactly as arranged. It is beautiful guitar and wonderful to play and I would wholeheartedly recommend Richards Guitars to anyone interested in buying a guitar online. My only regret is that I was unable to visit the store, maybe next time.

The guys here really want you to find the right guitar for you, rather than sell you a guitar. They also have a superb guitar technician, who sets up your instrument like he's always known just how you like it. Lovely people, too, which means a lot to me.
