I purchased an excellent desk chair from Relax the Back in early 2008. In early 2025, the arm cushion on the left side of that chair began to show signs of wear. I stopped in at the Town & Country Relax the Back store today (January 11, 2025). Antonio Guerra, the store manager, found two arm cushions for me and very generously gave them to me for free! Think about that … 17 years after the initial purchase and Mr. Guerra replaced both arm cushions for free. That kind of extraordinary customer service is why I will always come back to Relax the Back for my next purchase.
My review just posted failed to note that I purchased my chair in 2008. 17 years later and they gave me new armchair cushions for free.
I purchased a desk chair from here it is, in early 2025, and the cushion on the arm had worn out. I visited Antonio Guerra at the Town & Country location and he was incredibly generous to give me two new arm cushions free of charge! They fit perfectly and I’m sure that I will not need a replacement cushion for another 15 years or so.

We needed a new part for a chair we purchased four years ago from Relax the Back in Burlington, MA. The unfortunate timing was that it was just a few days before Christmas and our special-needs son would be home for the holiday and is dependent on this chair working. Julian was able to research availability of this part on short order and was timely and thorough in his updates with us. We are all so grateful for his expertise and superb communication skills. We were initially connected to a corporate company that lacked follow through, and thankfully we called our local store and Julian answered. We can't recommend him enough! Thank you, Julian!

I recently moved and the movers broke the arm on my office chair. Patrick Spohr tracked down the parts needed (it's an old chair that is no longer made) and was able to repair it at no cost. He saved me!!! That's what I call standing behind your product and taking care of customers!
I've "grown" a couple of inches shorter with age and felt like I was sitting in a hole when I got into the car to drive it. The car cushion I bought at Relax The Back filled the bill. It was perfect!!!
The person in the store was super knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Great chairs and decompression tables.
I've used these for years for lumbar pain, but now I can't find them anywhere, and I've found nothing as effective. (The self-inflating lumbar cushion I ordered helps a tiny bit, but not nearly as much. )
I am very happy with ordering things from Relax the Back. The products really do help to reduce the pain in my lower back. I had one for the seat of my car and it enabled me to drive cross country without any pain. The self inflating pillow for back greatly reduces the pain in my lower back when I am sitting in my recliner. I like the ease of ordering and the followup from email.

I sent an hour at the Relax The Back location Kirby in Houston. Jill made me feel as though I was her most important customer of the week. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and generous with the amount of time she spent with me. It was truly and Exceptional experience because of Jill. Patrick, Manager of the Northbrook, IL store, was extraordinarily helpful when my Simple Human desk chair piston broke. He indicated that if I purchase a piston from the manufacturer, they would install it at no cost. Patrick did it himself. Service like this is unheard of these days. Thank you, Patrick - I've always been a Relax the Back customer, but this really clinches it. Thanks!
Dina Rogers was super superb at her presentations on inversion tables and back support information
I walked in the store didn't exactly know what to expect, I saw a sea of massage chairs ,it was awkward and maybe boring but as I was greeted by a lady named Dina Rogers ,she quickly shifted my enthusiasm as she introduced the differences in each of the massage chairs it quite intriguing, had no clue massage chairs can even potentially IMPROVE dysfunctional body health, Dina's outgoing personality and incredible knowledge and warm kindness I would remember.
Showroom is full of Zero Gravity recliners; DINA ROGERS help us go through the maze of chairs to find the best for our medical problems, then followed with delivery, setup and our satisfaction. We recommend Dina as a great 5 star salesperson to work with.
Tom and Kiley at the Cherry Hill store were both very helpful during my visits, helping me to choose the right chair for my back issues as well as accommodating my needs as a needleworker and pet owner. My beautiful new Andrew LeBlanc chair was just delivered and set up, and they made sure everything was copacetic before taking their leave. Definitely top-notch service, would recommend this store to anyone!
