I purchased this pillow several years ago as I had migraines and neck issues, so my doctor suggested it would help. It was a lifesaver. After several years of use, it seemed to be collapsing and not working as well, so it was time for a new one. Very happy you still sell the same pillow. It is a comfort to know I will have several years of sleep comfort ahead of me.

The in-store service was very good. At first I was unable to reach the California store about a return. I requested my local store to help. They did facilitate the return.

The wrong item was shipped and I don't think I should have to pay 15% of the cost for a "restocking fee. " This is their mistake. The website will not allow an exchange for the correct item, because there is no difference in what I want and what they think they sent. Seriously? The rest of the world has pretty much gotten online shopping down. I will not shop through the Relax the Back online store again.

You took way too long to deliver it. The guys put it together in an hour and a half.

more money for a less effective product

It was easy to make my purchase online. Delivery took three weeks to receive the seat cushions - a bit on the long side, but well worth the wait.

Service is fine, just prices are obscenely high.
