A woman named, Mandy gave me great customer service shooping with me over the phone and helping me place my order. Unfortunately, the product was disappointing an I had to spend the time, effort, etc to box and send it back - spending MORE money in the process that I wanted to spend for the product in the first place.

This Wedge Pillow Case Set is a perfect fit for the Relax The Back Adjustable Wedge set. Dimensionally, all items go on easily and have a little more room than the original pillow case set. Material feels durable and well made. Great replacement for the original pillow covers.

My 94 year old mother purchased a beautiful, custom ordered chair for $5250. 00 from Relax the Back in Tucson, but when it arrived it was an oversized chair; not the size she ordered. She is 5’2” tall and very thin—definitely not a candidate for an oversized chair. She was charged for the wrong item and therefore requested a refund. My husband and I were with her when the store operations manager Rudy Ochoa “fitted” her and placed the order. When we returned with her to the store to ask for a refund, Rudy acknowledged to the three of us that the wrong size was ordered. He said he would not refund the chair, but would have his delivery team pick it up within a few days to have it adjusted to her size specs. She did not want to wait another two months for the chair to be “repaired” and even suggested receiving a credit to the store to use to purchase a chair in stock, but Rudy refused. As it turned out, after lengthy disputes the manufacturer of the chair wrote to us explaining that the chair could NOT be repaired, anyway, but had to be remanufactured to her specs. Bottom line, the brand new chair still sits unused in her storage.
Mitch Cohen, District Manager, whom I met at the Palm Beach Gardens store, extended me such excellent customer service! I wanted to acknowledge his professionalism and patience in making sure I got just the right pillows for my needs. Thanks again, Mitch, for such a great & satisfying experience. I cannot wait to boast to all my family & friends how I finally have the pillows to assure me of a good & comfortable night's rest!

Shipment was 3 weeks! The $400 for White Glove is not worth it! The left arm piece was not securely attached (no screws placed).

Compared to the Sacro-Ease Back Support I had purchased many years ago, while paying top dollar I can only hope for the best in how long this will last. While the frame is solid, the cushioning not so firm and concerning the fabrics woven texture, the weave is not nearly as tight for long lasting use. The material is not made for driving in high temperature environments. It is hot to the back.
