100 year-old grand mother loves her chair. She now sleeps comfortably and without pain. Donna helped us find the perfect chair and sleeper for her. We brought my Japanese speaking grandmother in to try the chair. Donna was pateint and attentive, trying to communicate with her really made her feel comfortable thank you Donna for the awsome service.

I purchased the Perfect Chair PC – 420 manual recliner on website. After sitting in it when it arrived at my place, the chair simply was not comfortable. The tendons behind my knee felt pinched and upon standing my legs were numb. Company charges a 15% of base cost for “restocking fee” and additional high fee for carrier to ship back. I would understand if I was charged the 15% only, for their restocking fee, but to charge an additional fee is highly excessive.

We purchased the Altwork Signature WorkStation for someone with physical limitations who works extensively on a computer. Besides the desk being an amazing piece of high quality engineering in and of itself, the customer support we received from the Bellevue store was top notch. They made sure we knew what to do to assemble it, and how to use it, and responded quickly and thoroughly to questions along the way. We would buy this item again, from this store, in a heartbeat. My husband and I purchased a mattress over Labor Day weekend, to have it delivered in December. Once it was delivered we realized it was not the mattress we wanted at all. Neither of us could sleep. William was fabulous in helping us find the correct mattress and have it delivered on time, before I had to undergo back surgery. I went to the location in katy cinco ranch and oh my was it the best ever. Charles helped me and he was so nice and sweet very helpfull. One of the best services ive ever had and best employee. Purchased 1 and dont regret it. Go to cinco ranch and meet with charles amazing time.

Using the website was very easy. The only thing that was unusual , when I tried to add my order to my cart, it would not do it. I had to use buy now. Otherwise, there were no issues.

We recently purchased two Cafe + Recliners from Pasadena Relax the Back. I worked with Aaron Resnik a long-time employee of the Pasadena location. My husband has major back issues along with recently having a shoulder replacement. The old chairs we had were low and the footrest protruded making it very hard to get in and out of. I called and spoke to Aaron and told him our concerns and we needed new chairs. He took the time to explain the difference models they had and what he thought would work the best for my husband. We both agreed on the Cafe+ chair. THIS WAS ALL DONE OVER THE PHONE!!! We received the chairs about two weeks ago and they are absolutely perfect. The footrest fits snuggly into the chair and the chair is higher, so all my husband has to do is sit. (he's 5'11"and 74 years old) Everyday my husband says I LOVE MY CHAIR. I highly recommend this for comfort and also getting in and out of. It's not the cheapest chair but it's well worth the money. Mike & Debbie (temecula)

I needed a zero gravity chair because of a herniated disc, and Lee at the Bryn Mawr store was extremely helpful. I called the store and he talked me through the options and even took my phone number and texted me pictures of the available floor models with information about them so that I’d be sure to be able to get a chair right away. I came into the store with my husband and kids, and he let us all try out all the options and patiently talked us through all the details about them. He then assured next day delivery and delivered the chair personally so that I was able to have it right away. I am extremely happy with the chair we got and really appreciated the personalized service that Lee provided.
