shipping was fast, customer service was sub-par, and parts were missing from my order. the company failed to replaced the missing screws so i had to go to ace hardware to get them myself. this isn't my first bakflip cover and i wish they were built to last longer, or at least costed less so there was a better value for what you get. unfortunately, basically every other option is even worse in that regard so this is what i recommend purchasing.
