Everything was shipped in a timely manner and everything arrived in pristine condition. I did, however, have an issue with someone getting back to me with installation instructions. I contacted RealTruck and the rep told me someone would email me in about 24 hours. It was at least 4 days, maybe a week before I got a message that asked how the installation went? I told them I hadn't received any of the information that I called about, and as a result, found a shop to install the headlights and fog lights for me. I am a little disappointed in that, but as far as receiving the product in a timely manner and the product being in good shape, that was great!
