I ordered a replacement filter for my cai and received my order to find out they sent me a completely different filter. I messaged customer service only to not get a reply. I eventually had to call them and was eventually sent to the person on the call who wouldnt reply to my messages. I decided to just have a replacement sent to me only for it not to ship after a week. I called them again to see what was taking so long and even though the listing showed it was in stock, the filter was in fact not in stock and wouldnt even ship for over a month. I needed the filter asap and then decides to just cancel the order for a full refund. They eventually refunded me but not for the total that I paid. They said they couldnt refund what I paid for shipping because “there was nothing to refund” at that point because the 2nd order had free shipping for some reason. Basically they sent me the wrong order and said I couldnt get a full refund even though they made the error. Horrible service and a sketchy company. Do not order from them.

Just some issues with installation near the front. Main assembly doesn’t tighten unless rolled out and locked down. I did not have this issue with 2017 Frontier install
