I found Ralph Jacobs jewellery by chance while searching the internet for someone local to custom make a bridal set for my son's wedding. I booked a zoom meeting with them and Sameeya contacted me to set up a date and time. From the moment we met, she delivered amazing service. She listened to what we wanted and went out of her way to ensure our satisfaction. She kept me updated every step of the way, from design until manufacturing and delivering. The workmanship is flawless. This is quite easily the best jewellery buying experience I have ever had. My son and daughter in law are completely in love with the bridal set. Not, surprisingly, it is absolutely stunning!

This set is stunning. It looks timeless. My husband and I really love the rings. The only thing I would change is how high the prongs are on the Raylee ring. There's a space between the stone and the halo. The service we received was impeccable from Ralph Jacobs. We were informed about each phase and our requests were honoured. We're very grateful. We had our ring sent back to manufacturing to add a brace to the claws for extra support to hold the stone. The process was smooth and we are extremely happy with the final result.
