I’m very happy with the ring, it arrived on the exact estimate date. Timely responses to any questions I had. Only could have been made better if I got some form of progress photos as the ring was being created. . that would be a nice touch.

The service I received has been top notch, I purchased an engagement ring from the UK to pick up when I arrived in SA - Sameeya was absolutely amazing and so helpful every step of the way. The communication was exceptional whilst navigating awkward logistics to organise me being able to collect the ring on arrival in Cape Town…she really went above and beyond and kept me well informed, I’ve been made to feel very special and valued!! Sameeya or shall we say human form of “god” was absolutely impeccable from the moment I made the order! My circumstances changed and needed to get the ring as soon as possible! Now obviously it states that it can take 15-20 working days. . well I spoke to Sameeya and explained my situation and what comes through the post 10 DAYS LATER. . the ring all finished looking beautiful! I wanted to provide my partner with something unique. She also had a specific desire for a pear shaped stone for her ring. We asked around at normal jewelry stores and none really could fullfil our needs. I then did a bit of research and found Ralph Jacobs, who not only provided standard builds but allowed custom builds. This allowed her to build the ring of her dreams. I had a video call with Sameeya. She answered all my questions to satisfaction and established comms so I could ask further questions at any time. Once we placed our order, we asked for a ring sizer and received it via the delivery service. Updates were provided constantly throughout the process. Sameeya provided design images of what the final product will be. We realized we wanted a different wedding band, she generously accommodated us When the final product arrived, not only were we happy with how it looked and the quality of it, but we also got the lovely gift of a set of earrings. Great service. Would definetly recommend.
