I have now purchased 3 electric openers. The foil cutters never seemed to work. Each of the openers lasted two years or less and I don't open that many bottles with corks. Disappointing to have to continue to buy a product that doesn't have troubleshooting or repair options. I would return the latest one to Costco but I don't want to burden them with a loss.

Order/delivery very poor. I tried Amazon but it said shipping was from UK and would miss Xmas. Ordered directly from Rabbit and received multiple order dates then delays. I should have just walked into total wines and bought off shelf.

I love my Rabbit wine opener. With the arthritis in my left hand, it is far easier to pen my wine with the Rabbit than it is with my electric wine opener.
