Quit working after minimal use. How do I return?

Not covering return shipping costs nowadays is bad business and I will not order from you again.

Still waiting for item.

The new spiral works well. However, there is what seems to be a plastic guide inside the Rabbit Vertical that keeps the spiral straight. That piece seems like the hole has gotten much bigger which causes the spiral to not always go into the cork straight which makes it harder to get out.

Best sealer on the market. Without it , I would be compelled to finish every bottle of champagne immediately.

Awful. Do not buy from rabbit.

I am writing this twice. I would not rate your "rating system very highly" I have been using your bottle stoppers for years> I continue to buy them because they are excellent design and fit many different wine bottles!
