The spiral is great, but the bushing is missing that holds it in place and for some reason it didn’t come with the replacement spiral is there any way to get one to hold it in place so the spiral works with the wine

Fantastic product.

Rabbit Wine has been very prompt with responses and with handling the situation.

Best/Only Real thing on the Market! Extracts from the tray without any strain on arthritic fingers! You can feel the difference in quality and no odor or chemical taste after using several weeks. Thank you for a safe, quality product! Shipping took a bit long to initiate, but coming completely across farthest distance of the country for me.
