Got part fast and right.

Unfortunately i have not had a chance to test my new charger. The new charger i received looks different from the original charger. I contacted Quiet Kat and now i am awaiting for a response whether i received the correct charger prior to attempting to charge my bike. Telephone contact was a test of patience. waiting a response from a work order submitted. The knowledge center videos were worthless. Not detailed enough and to far away to actually be any help.

The Name is Quiet Kat. 2 things that are not quiet. The kickstand is loud when deploying and stowing. The next problem is the clicking sound from rear wheel. Doesn't make it when peddling. But if you don't peddle it clicks nonstop. I wanted it for hunting but walking is way quieter. Use it to get mail for mailbox and cruising backroads.

Ordering was a smooth process. The battery has to be shipped ground and the bike and accessories arrived a day or two prior. Definitely had me watching the tracking like a hawk because I was eager to get to riding.

Shipping was fast and easy any problems or questions I had while I was putting the bike together. I just emailed her customer service tech-support and they were right there on it. No problems service was great.

Parts arrived on time and in good condition.

I like my IBEX. It came very fast, 2 days, However, mine took some bashes in shipping. Damaged derail hanger and bent front disk rotor. While I got support quickly, shipping replacement parts took awhile. 7-10 days. It took me 1 month to get my IBEX ridable between waiting for parts and having to solve shift cable issues (from the bash) and indexing my shifter. To be fair, there was little indication that damage to the bike had occurred. box was intact and at first, it looked like JUST the hanger. My guess is something pressed into the bike box somewhere in shipping bending parts. The rest of the structure of the bike was fine. 220ish miles so far to confirm that. However, had I KNOWN it would take a month to be able to ride the thing, I would have returned it. I also did not make a stink and just fixed one issue at a time as they popped up. Like the damage to the plastic feral for the shifter cable on the derailer. Replaced with aluminum ones off amazon which also corrected the damage to the shifter cable hosing (the metal wire that housing was made up frayed. Again. . . HAD I KNOWN all at once I would have asked for a different bike without the issues to solve. But now that it's all fixed up, the IBEX is a cool bike. It NEEDS more documentation. That is missing. the 2024 IBEX uses a coil shock. I actually like coil shocks. But, they are pain to dial in as you need the right weight spring. Hmmm I have no idea what the specs are from Quitekat and the OEM specs for this shock are limited. SO that's my next issue. Still, I really do like this IBEX, it just needs more how too on settings in its display, info on how to install a light with the included power cable (although it's stupid easy if you know but if you dont. . . ), and how to dial in the coil suspension. Someone that is new to this sort of ebike stuff will have a hard time of it. I'm mid knowledge and know what to ask and can find answers but that is not everyone.
