Quiet kat has never responded to my issues and there’s no support available online or by phone. This is a horrible way to run a business. I need help diagnosing an error code but nobody will help or even respond. Awful company so far. You’ll ship parts but 0 customer support. This is embarrassing to say the least. Quiet kat should be ashamed.

Tried multiple times to get
Tried multiple times to get a sales question answered over the phone before my purchase without success. Tried the chat feature which was never monitored live like they said it would be so I submitted a ticket that was answered 2 weeks after I bought the thing lol. . Guessing future support for any potential issues will be the same, nonexistent.
