Products came fast. But both my apex sport and explorer 1000’s rubber charger’s plug broke off after 1 use. Also customer service hasn’t responded to my email and it’s been over a week.

first trip out the wheel fell off because the push button release fell off. Luckily we had duct tape to get back out with it.

The light is very convenient with removable options and the seat is very comfortable.

Poor quality control and useless operating instructions

I am enjoying my Apex HD. The bike is fun to ride. I’m looking forward to take it out on a bike packing trip. One area that Quiet Kat desperately needs to improve = post purchase support. Phone numbers listed on their website do not work, links to submit customer support tickets only produce AI responses, emails to customer support do not provide answers. Check out Facebook for reviews. I started to think they are a shell company operating outside the U. S. Know that you may be on your own figuring things out and addressing any issues. I finally got in touch with a human and he helped resolved my issues (provided touch-up paint for a small paint defect, and helped address a pedal that I cross threaded).

After struggling with discomfort on longer trail rides, I decided to upgrade to the premium saddle,— and I couldn’t be happier. From the first ride, the difference was night and day. The seat offers excellent cushioning without being too soft, which is perfect for absorbing shocks and vibrations on rough terrain. The ergonomic shape provides great support and keeps pressure off sensitive areas, even on steep climbs or bumpy descents. I also love the non-slip surface — it keeps you stable and secure no matter how intense the ride gets. Installation was a breeze, and it fits perfectly . It’s also surprisingly lightweight, If you’re into trail riding or long mountain adventures and want to save yourself from soreness and fatigue, this seat is a must-have. Highly recommended!

Shipping was quick and easy to work with. Ordering was easy and no issues whatsoever so ever. And the website was easy to navigate. I’ve put some miles on the bike already and I really enjoy it.
