We ordered door handles for an apartment building lobby entry and after waiting the 3/4 months window of time they said it would take to receive them, we contacted them about the status. They said that there was a document that had to be signed before proceeding with the order per the manufacturer that was never signed. The sales representative from Qualified never requested this from us nor followed up once the expected delivery date came and went. Since we were also forced to prepay they held our money up all this time. After insisting that at this point we needed the order rushed, it was agreed to finally deliver with another few weeks wait. The representative also described the door handle metal color incorrectly so this too needed to be corrected before shipping. All in all a negative experience likely due to a highly incompetent sales representative. He also recommended apartment door handles that never would have worked with our doors. Thankfully we learned of this before ordering. The company we used to purchase all apartment door handles and backplates also informed us that there would have been a 2 week wait for the lobby door handles that took 5 months for us to arrive!

All went smoothly and they our non-profit up for tax exemption fast and easy.
