Fast service and helpful information

Great service,

Hard part to find but they had exactly what we needed!

Excellent service and full line of products. My go to supplier for door hardware.

I placed a telephone order for a electric strike designed for wooden doors, paid for expedited delivery. When It arrived, I imediately realized that it was designed for mounting in an aluminum framed door so it was useless for my application. Time and money completely wasted because the order taker didn't select what I asked for.

Received item fast, no damages, all parts included. Very satisfied with the service. Will order from Qualified Hardeware again.

Greta service & product

Please help me exchange for the right size

Product was exactly as advertised and arrived quickly. Will definitely order from here again!

Ordered and paid for door hardware. Half my order showed up and three months later I have no hardware and am being ghosted by their customer service.

I was in need of 2 electric strikes for a building and a Google search turned up many sites that showed stock, but they didn't actually have it on hand. I called Qualified Hardware and was told they have them and to place the order on their site. I opted for next day shipping and while one arrived, the 2nd was a day later. Both were packaged perfectly and complete. The pricing for everything was terrific and I'm a very happy customer. Thank you for the live help and super service!

One of the few companies around thst live up to their commitments

Placed order. Was notified the next day that some of the parts were on back order and would I like to wait for the backordered parts or ship what is in stock and cancel the backordered parts. I appreciated this quick response. I did ask they cancel the backordered part. Since then I have inquired on the refund for the balanced portion of the order. 5 different request and I still do not have a refund. It has been several weeks and no response.

It was shipped that same day. Product is as described and seems high-quality.
