I picked your company because the website said the part was in stock. But then I got an email stating its a factory order. I had to do a refund and then order from a different company.

Ordered and paid for door hardware. Half my order showed up and three months later I have no hardware and am being ghosted by their customer service.

I was in need of 2 electric strikes for a building and a Google search turned up many sites that showed stock, but they didn't actually have it on hand. I called Qualified Hardware and was told they have them and to place the order on their site. I opted for next day shipping and while one arrived, the 2nd was a day later. Both were packaged perfectly and complete. The pricing for everything was terrific and I'm a very happy customer. Thank you for the live help and super service!

Placed order. Was notified the next day that some of the parts were on back order and would I like to wait for the backordered parts or ship what is in stock and cancel the backordered parts. I appreciated this quick response. I did ask they cancel the backordered part. Since then I have inquired on the refund for the balanced portion of the order. 5 different request and I still do not have a refund. It has been several weeks and no response.
