Thanks to Qualified Hardware, I finally found the nylon brush door sweep that would solve my entry door problem.

They say hassle returns. After paying to ship back a brand new unused item they tell me they can’t resell it and won’t return money. Buyer beware!

Haven’t received my order

Asked for advice on a replacement lock and the lock that was recommended was a perfect fit. Thanks for your help.

your hardware is a quality I was not expecting thank you

I was able to navigate the website and find the item I needed and the finish and fit was correct. Shipping was on time and price was good.

I picked your company because the website said the part was in stock. But then I got an email stating its a factory order. I had to do a refund and then order from a different company.
