Brews are decent but transferring liquids from the base to other containers is a horrible experience

Met and exceeded expectations. Easy to use, had to refine the bean grinding process to match the pour over process, but it is great. Highly recommend for coffee lovers!

One of the best methods I have been able to try, its elegance, simplicity and environmentally friendly by not using paper filters is undoubtedly a method that every Coffee lover should have in their collection

I got this Pure Over because I was looking for a drip coffee machine without ANY plastic pieces, which apparently does not exist. I am very happy with my choice. The coffee with Pure Over actually tastes pure! It is smooth bodied and always fresh. However, even the large drip brewer makes only two cups so I guess it is meant to be only for individual use. Also, it does NOT keep your coffee warm for long. I always have to microwave the coffee after the brewing process (which takes about 10 minute) is done. Glass does not retain heat so well. Nevertheless, I love this product and would recommend it to anyone who is health conscious. I wish they made an even bigger version of this brewer though. The large one is not large enough for my husband and I.

Love the cup quality and body this little brewer produces! That said, it’s quite Fragile so be advised….extra care is recommended. I broke the dripper base before my first use, I’ll take more time on setup from now on. I needed to experiment with the grind to keep too many fines from slipping thru the dripper but once that’s dialed in it filters the water quite well. Still a small amount of sludge in the bottom of the cup but less than my French press plus the clarity is impressive and the flavor is superb!

what a wonderful surprise finding you folks. you're extremely talented and i couldn't wait to use the pure over method. everything arrived and i stayed up late that evening just to make coffee. imagine. and it was the best coffee i've ever had. and now i'm spoiled. i don't want to make coffee any other way. i need to use the pure over method. many thanks for sharing your secret with me. :)

Great product. Sometimes gets grounds in the coffee, but pretty sure we need to adjust the coarseness of the coffee. Overall does the job well.

Shipping and communication regarding order were great.

I like the flavor but don’t like the sediment. I course grind to help.

I love it even though the only issue was when I received the box, one of the coasters were broken!

The base stuck to the bottom of the pitcher, when I picked it up it fell off and broke when it hit the counter
