We sent an email to try and find a replacement part but never heard back. I then made a comment on instagram asking about the parts and not only did I get a quick reply but they helped coordinate a replacement. I was frustrated at first but this person helped fix that. My wife absolutely loves this product so we are happy we can use it again!

I did not receive my order of several bags of coffee beans until about over 1 week later. However, fast delivery for glassware order - within about 3 days. Nevertheless, I am happy with both.

I’m very much appreciated that you stepped up and took care of my dilemma I accidentally broke the diffuser and it was a little bit hard for me to use the system after I’ve only had it for for less than six months thank you for the awesome service and now be looking into other products you all make❤️

I finally received my difuser lids after mine broke. It did take awhile to get it though.

I really like having an all glass brewing system. The only thing I wish were different is the size of the pot. It would be perfect if I could brew at least 6 cups of coffee in one go.

Product arrived well packed. It’s simple to use and makes great clean tasting coffee.

Non filter, all glass has me feeling that I am experiencing the true essence of the bean. I feel connected to the brewing process which is a nice, healthy surprise. Look forward to tomorrow morning. Nice one.
