Takes long time for coffee to run through and do it is cold by the time it all runs through!

If I could give a ZERO I would I have yet to receive it and today, the tracking link they sent me shows that a label for this item was created 1 Feb 2026 and USPS is waiting for the item so they can set a delivery date. Today is 24 FEB. I’ve asked for a refund if the item wasn’t shipped by 20 Feb 2026. Magically, that is when they sent me the email with the tracking link. Do not order from them. They are unreliable and dishonest. Was really looking forward to this hand crafted item and utterly disappointed that it seems I was scammed.

Looks stylish and well made

We sent an email to try and find a replacement part but never heard back. I then made a comment on instagram asking about the parts and not only did I get a quick reply but they helped coordinate a replacement. I was frustrated at first but this person helped fix that. My wife absolutely loves this product so we are happy we can use it again!
