Pureover build high end products, the Signature brew kit is beautiful and durable and the company as a whole has been amazing to deal with.

After a few trials & errors-on my part-I do like the way the coffee tastes. I like my coffee on the strong side, and this method works very well. Better flavor now than from the other coffeemaker I had. The fact that this method is all glass helps health wise, I store all my food in glass you.

Our biggest negative is, that the wife already uses special organic paper filters to fill quart jars for several day's worth. She needs something much bigger to make a switch work for her.
