I bouggt this jack thinking that it was ready to use. It does not include the small 8 in extension, only the 15 in one. It does not make any sense. You can use use it to lift taller trucks but if you want to lift a regular lets say Tacoma truck then you need to spend another $69 dollars more to buy the 8 in extension. I'm thinking about returning this jack and going to Harbor Freight to get the Badland off road jack .

The jack is solid. I haven't had any issues with the jack.

Theses Jack stands are amazing. Very stable and they hold the race car nearly 3 ft off the ground! Very well built, great job guys!

Sooooo. . . I want to be very honest. This is my second 1. 5 Talon, the first was returned under warranty for a faulty pump. The replacement's pump also gave out and it was passed the warranty. So I just got this replacement pump. I'm hoping it lasts longer. The video Pro Eagle put out about replacing the pump was very helpful, even though the model used in the video is different from mine, the tips were very helpful and the parts and bolt locations are about the same. I'm very hopeful and optimistic this pump lasts longer. Mind you I barely used my last 1. 5 Talons when the pumps gave out. Let's see how long this lasts.

Wish shipping was not so high. I can understand for the Jack but too much for an accessory

No issues with shipping, all things arrived as expected in good condition. I have not contacted customer service as I have not needed to so I cannot attest to that.

I recently found out that the jack mount was supposed to have the jack cover included while browsing the website. I didn't get one with my order from a year ago and asked if it was something new that was included with the mount. They sent me one free of charge making me a happy customer no questions asked. Great customer service and by far the best jack I have ever owned.

Wish I would have bought this jack sooner, beats have to use big piece of block wood to raise my sxs with my regular jack. I can now lift it without a problem and not having to worry about the piece of block falling off. Can now use one Jack for the sxs and for my lifted truck, best Jack I’ve owned could not be happier

Having previously owned the 1. 5T Talon, I needed something with a little more lifting capacity. As a result, I ended up purchasing the Abrams. I was very excited and looked forward to using the Abrams upon its arrival. The jack arrived very well packaged. I was very pleased. However, I was slightly disappointed. After lifting the vehicle and with the handle in the down position, the handle would struggle to rotate in either direction. I think the issue is the U joint at the base of the handle, in the body of the jack, binds up when it’s at a severe angle, such as when the handle is all the way in the down position. I did not have this issue with the Talon nor any other floor jack I have owned. Not sure if this is limited to the Abrams or just a flaw with my particular jack. I’m hoping there’s a way to quickly resolve this issue.
