Great product by a great company. This thing is beef and easy to drag around the garage and smooth to lift. The separate 15” extension arrived with a busted package and missing the entire item. Refused package and called the company. They said the extension was back ordered but got a shipping notice the next day with the extension. That for me, exceeds the standard!

Company stepped up and looked after my issues, outside of warranty period. Support befitting of a premium product!

Great customer service! They worked with me to get an extension sent that I missed on a Black Friday deal. Then they helped again by sending me another extension when the first package that was sent was mysteriously replaced with men's pajamas bottoms during shipping. I am very pleased with the jack overall. The low profile of the Abrams is great, but with the extensions, I am able to lift my lifted truck without using a sketchy block of wood. I also got the jack lock that had been great because this limits needing to use a jack stand.

Ordered jack handle and they sent me the wrong item. Have since contacted them multiple occasions without a response. Be careful

I’m impressed with everything… I ordered the BF Goodrich KM3 6” and 8” wheels for my Beast Jack and let me tell you what a hella difference!!! I have to relocate the jack mount since the wheels are beefier than the original wheels but man is it worth the move. I also purchased a Jack Lock and it is as tough as it is advertised. I’ve had my Beast Jack for about three years know and it’s been used many of times, I wouldn’t trade it for the world unless it’s a three ton Pro Eagle upgrade hahaaa. Great product(s) overall.

Great product!! would like to see you offer a Tee handle for the jack so when you use it to move a trailer, you have something to hold on to. Tee handle is better than a straight handle. Love the accessories!!

I didn't like having to pay $99 for the 8 in extension which was not included in the original Talon package; however, I got no choice.

Was excited to get my 1. 5 ton jack in. The way the extension and hitch ball mounts is very lose. When I did use it, the lift capacity didn’t seem to be 3000lbs. The arm went up at about a 45 degree angle and seemed it ran out of juice lifting my Polaris general. I feel like I have buyers remorse. The wheels did roll very nice but maybe too nice. It rolls around the shop too easily and has rolled under other vehicles if barely pushed out of the way.

I’m so happy that I didn’t go with any other brand than the best. Pro Eagle. I love my Jack and I would never settle for anything other than this. I highly recommend everybody to purchase a little bit better quality for a couple more pennys and you’ll be very happy. Thank you, Pro eagle for your support. You are number one.
