I want to start by saying the product itself is decent, when it works. And to be fair, the woman I spoke with each time was very kind. That being said, we ran into a lot of issues. We purchased two units, and both of their hydraulics ended up failing. I filed a warranty claim on the first one, and it took NINE phone calls, TWO emails, and FOUR months to finally receive a replacement, and that’s not an exaggeration. The entire experience with customer service was incredibly frustrating. I constantly felt like I was being sent in circles, waiting for someone to “get back to their desk” to call me back, which never actually happened. On top of that, I had to call three separate times just to get them to send an empty box so I could return the broken unit. In four months, not once did I receive a follow-up phone call or email. Every bit of communication was initiated by me.

I’ve only used my Jack once so far. But it seems to be of very high quality quality. It pumped up fine. And when going down I could easily control the speed of the movement to what I wanted. The only concern that I’d say that I have ( and there may be a reason ) is why doesn’t the extension lock on. It seems to pivot around so easily in and out of its mounting points. That I’m afraid of it releasing if someone were to pivot the jack a little when under a load. Understanding of course that you’re not supposed to do that. But very happy with my purchase otherwise.

I purchased the pro eagle mount for our 3 1/2 ton Jack. Quality material and beautiful design, looks great on my garage wall and out of my way on the floor. Plan to buy a second one to mount it in the back of my truck when we go on a long trips, love the jack and love their products.

Love it! Bad ass jack

I have not used it a lot. The few times I have used it, it worked great. It is extremely well built and I will recommend it. Wish I had purchased the extension and the lock out bar.
