Products are first class. Great quality. But shipping FEDEX was a mistake. FEDEX shipped my package to Orland Florida instead of Dublin Ohio. Got the package but it was late. I called them and they reassured me it would be on time even with the mistake by them. Guess you can't believe FEDEX.

The jack came fast, but this thing is way, way bigger and heavier than it looks in the picture. It will definitely pick this truck up when needed, but just storage and transport is going to be the pain in the butt on it. The alternatives were my hilift that was a pain already to move around and my bottle jack which I really had no confidence in if we're in the sand or off-road. I guess we just have to bring what we feel comfortable with.
